We used to like coming to firehouse until now.
Firehouse is a hit or miss most of the time. It literally just depends on who is your sandwich artist. We order 4 sandwiches today. I said no mustard or mayo. All combos to come out to 60 dollars (geesh). We were patient with our food and immediately disappointed. Mayo and mustard smothered on all of the sandwiches. The man that was working today, looked Hispanic to me, took our order and messed up the sandwiches. It’s okay, fine. I just told him to change two of them cause I refused to even eat mine. Then, a lady made my order, asked if I wanted pickle… (yes?)… and it was freshly made rather than what the other man did. Ridiculous. I even mentioned that one sandwich was to be to go and I was given no bag. I had to ask for it. The soda was flat. Nor did the man even apologized. He just got frustrated when he realized. My appetite was gone and I didn’t want to eat anything. We did not enjoy our time here cause everything seemed like it was not fresh with this inidividual or just did not want to give us effort. Half of us had to eat something we didn’t want cause we were starving. Ridiculous. I should of just asked for my money back cause 60 dollars worth of “combos” at a firehouse is astronomical if you ask me. One of the subs was a “small” looked like it was half of a sub for like 9 dollars? What?? I’m not coming to this firehouse again.

If I could give negative stars I would, unfortunately google doesn’t allow me to do you still get a star. I ordered my food off the app, I got a firehouse hero, all I did was change the cheese to pepper jack, no mustard, and add an extra pickle on the side. Instead I got a sub that had no pickle on the side not even the one they normally give, so I ordered extra and got 0. Then my sub is loaded with mushrooms all over it, I don’t like mushrooms and they weren’t supposed to come on the sub. I then went up to the manager, he said that I can either get a refund or them to remake my food. I was on my lunch break and didn’t have a lot of time but I haven’t ate all day and it was already way past lunch time. I asked if he could just remake it but since they’re the ones that messed up if they can remake it and so I can go back to work and eat. But the manager said, “We will remake your sandwich but you will be put to the back of the line, we are short handed.” I told him if he’s short handed then he should’ve made it right the first time so that they don’t have customer coming back, he then ignored me and said I’ll just give you a refund have a nice day.

We wanted something to eat before the movies. My wife always loves a good sub, but we also don't want to pay dine-in prices for it. Yet, we didn't want to leave the mall. So, we finally tried this place. While it was a bit pricey, we definitely tasted why. This was a very hearty and flavorful sub. Now, we won't do this time we go to the movies, but we'll definitely look to treat ourselves with a sub on special occasions.
