Sulky unwelcoming staff. The floor was grimy and greasy. The burger was dry and tasteless, so were their onion rings. For the price they charge you, there are waaay better options in the area.

Underwhelming, took one bite only because of how much it was, not good in taste nor value. I'm not a fan of McDonald's but sadly this place is no better and you're paying more $$.

Love the burgers and always a new fry sauce to try. Food is fresh a the sweet tea always slaps lol. Go to burger spot.

1 for food and service this visit as they said they are out of fries then as ordering said we have fries - we found out they are not the Freddie fries quickly, they acted like what is wrong. They are store bought not good fries. Kids come here for the fries. They should say they are not their fries but other fries as we would had gotten onion rings

First time to a Freddy's in North Carolina. All previous Freddy's experiences in other states have been great. Not this one.
Brought some friends/family (party of 7) to this one telling them how great Freddy's is...unfortunately, they went away less than impressed.
While service was fine, several tables were dirty and there was some trash on the floor. Fries were rated as very good. Custard was rated as OK. All of our burgers were very salty...somebody needs to recheck their cooking methods. If this has been my first time in a Freddy's, I probably would not come back. Fortunately, my hometown Freddy's (we have several) have never had any issues.

I really enjoyed my burger and shoestring 🍟. Please advise when ordering your food, if you are sensitive to sodium, to use less salt. Truly, the food is very tasty, but a bit too salty! The atmosphere in the Freddy's is wonderful, and the workers are very conscious of your comfort and enjoyment of the whole experience dining. I will definitely try them again.
