Good variety of restaurants but there are a few shops closed. Line dancing is offered on Friday which adds some fun atmosphere but the dance floor gets full quickly

Love this place but disappointed in kids area. It’s DISGUSTING! Looks like no one has ever swept or cleaned the place. Definitely not something I want mine baby crawling around on. Even the mat is disgusting and stained. There should be a certain level of sanitary cleanliness that takes place each night ans it’s not.
Livy's Neapolitan Pizzeria Is to die for. I felt like I was back in Italy. I had the customize pepperoni, sausage, basil, mushrooms. And green peppers. It was amazing!! I recommend this pizza spot inside of Gibson mill market. 10/10

Great place. Lots of choices. We got food from the Mediterranean vendor and gelato. Both were excellent!

Despite Good Food, We Won’t Be Back A dozen adult family members from across the Charlotte and Concord areas gathered at The Mill to celebrate two family birthdays. We all ordered food and drinks from the vendors, and the experience started off well. In place of birthday cake, the two birthday girls had requested homemade lemon bars. We placed them on the table alongside the food and beverages we purchased from the vendors. While we were still enjoying our meal, a representative from The Mill approached our table and informed us that “outside food” was not allowed and we had to either remove the dish or leave. We understand and respect general policies regarding outside food, but this situation called for some discretion and basic courtesy. The lemon bars were clearly not a competing item—they were a personal, celebratory gesture. The birthday girls were disappointed, and the family member who made the lemon bars was embarrassed and hurt. Passing out Lemon Bars in 100° heat in the parking lot is just not the same. This action came across as inflexible, uninformed, and inconsiderate. It reflected very poorly on the management. Although our food and service was great, none of us plan to return. When I emailed Gibson mail detailing this story, I received the following reply: Dear Barbara, Thank you for your message. We will give this matter the consideration it deserves. Sincerely, The Gibson Mill Management Team
The hours are inaccurate. It's never been opened when i try to go despite saying it's open for lunch...

The concept of this place is great… but execution not so… first you can’t even eat or drink at any of the seating out side…. No exceptions according to the sign. Only 7-10 vendors, pretty spacious place with a lot of potential. Tried the Thai esane and was not so impressed. The red curry did not have a strong curry taste, sauce based was too runny. Pad see ew was tasteless, the fresh rolls were pre done and put in the fridge… so when I ate the fresh rolls it was hard… not sure how that is fresh. I would not come to Thai esane again. For the price I can go to a real Thai place.

This is one of my absolute favorite antique malls with so many vendors and a restaurant inside to boot. Spend a day or a couple hours. You won't be disappointed.
Gibson market has so much potential. These are pictures from the kids area. Hasn’t been cleaned in over a month? I’m leaving this review May 21st. You can see the floors are very gross. I don’t feel comfortable to continue to take my baby here when it’s not taken care of or sanitized. Very disappointing. We came here at 8:30am too so you’d think it would be clean from the night before or that morning. The same went for the whole market - tables have food on them and crumbs - nothing looks cleaned or taken care of. Very sad because this could be such a great spot

This is a pleasant hall. If Im in the area I would jump in but wouldn't go out of my way to plan a trip here. We ate at the Thai place (it’s ok) and the taco stand (very sweet ladies, but they need to work a bit more on their cuban food flavor. Not bad though)They still have a Gelato place they are about to open ( icecream please!) and I got a cold latte lavender vanilla drink made as I asked the barista. Very nice. It looks like a family friendly place. Oh! For what I saw there is a brewery down stairs and there was a cute little bar at the entrance, too. last thing I will say (bc you guys know me and food grades) there were a few restaurants with low 90’s here. The pizza place was 93 and the Thai place had a 96… guys… NO REASON you should let your business not be 100 health code. Work on that! It speaks volumes. And YOU! Question the staff as to why their food grade is not 100. You are paying for their services!
What an amazing community here!
All the food stalls are amazing!
The place is beautiful and closed and has free parking.
There are specialty coffee shops and some bakery and local food shops.

Recently visited over the holiday weekend when they held the vendors market and was shocked to see how big the place was! A friend of mine was vending so we walked around and checked out many booths. I thought it was an amazing way for small business owners to get more exposure and gave families something to do with the kiddos. My only suggestion for the food shops is to offer more drink options aside from alcohol, beer, and canned sodas or bottled water, some fresh juices or lemonades would have been great!
