Was in the mall today and saw their "Sesame Asian Chicken" picture and it looked amazing. Ordered that - and I got a bowl of lettuce, boiled chicken, and carrots. Missing over half of the things listed it had in it. Apparently they didn't have any of those ingredients. Maybe you should SAY that when I ordered. I had a backup so that would have not been a problem. Also, Im not sure what you did to that chicken but that was disgusting. $11 for a bowl of that. The poke place next to it, is only a few dollars more for the most amazing bowls. I would be embarrassed as the owner of Green to allow that to be passed to customers.

I had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was extremely poor. The staff were shouting, disrespectful, and showed a very arrogant attitude. This is not how customers should be treated. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the service.

Realize something workers , if you didn't get pleased the night before it's not my fault. Keep your arrogant, nasty attitudes at home cause dealing with the public is not where it's at! Take a class on customer service or better yet these restaurants will continue to get low ratings, shut down and jobs will be lost.. don't complain because people like us support your business and get the petty effects... Put a smile on your face, say Hello, can I help you, this is the menu, point out your special or what sells really well and keep it going...... thank your customers.. oh well I've posted enough... You guys be the judge and enjoy this place... ✌

Girl working completely ignored me and another customer while she made food for another man in the back. Kept looking back at me to see if I was still there. After ten minutes of just sitting there without acknowledgment I left. Don’t waste your time.

Waited more than 15 minutes for my smoothie, she kept on changing the blender machine and adding more syrup because it wasn’t functioning. Smoothie was bland, no taste whatsoever, literally wasted my time and money, I wish I gone somewhere else and had gotten water which I was initially going to get. Super disappointed.

My panini was cold. The manager didn't think I saw him when he made light of my daughter trying to get her order corrected.Not a place I will ever patronize again. Not anywhere or anytime.

Went for a quick lunch, got up and I thought she was asking for a name for my order, took 5 minutes to take an order of a panini, Grilled cheese tomato soup [which was implied to me to be a grilled cheese and soup] and a mountain dew. It took about 10 to 15 minutes for our food to be made [while being the only one in line for a few minutes]. After paying they ushered us out of the line before asking if we wanted a reciept. After getting our food I was confused that I didn't get my sandwich, and annoyed that I didn't get a drink. I went back and they gave me a drink after a second associate asked what the issue was and they gave me a warm mountain dew, which while better than no drink was a bit disheartening. It took us less time to eat the food than for us to get it including my multiple trips back.

Vegetarian options: The salads have a lot of meat so youd need a build your own for pure veggies and only a specific panini is vegetarian.
