Watched the guy working there leave the restroom without washing his hands. I wouldn’t suggest ANYONE eat there. His clothes are soiled from his hat down, meaning he doesn’t take personal hygiene seriously. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is too slow, the people here look mad and is like they are intentionally slow so you leave. I stayed only because of my nephew. What a rude people , on the phone while you have people waiting. Only good thing was that at least the ice cream was good . Really BAD

The customer service is horrible. 2 employees, both on their phones, and we are saying "excuse me, hello?" We finally got the attention of the lady and she just stood there looking at us. My husband still got ice cream but I didnt. Time was 1:54pm on 06/16. The lady with the attitude name is Tyquasha. Her name is on the receipt.

My direct service was outstanding. However, I was lucky to get the attentive employee rather than the one who spent most of her time texting. Needless to say, the line could have gone A LOT faster than it did. The female employee w/ locks was great!
