The only way to buy ice cream from this location is by way of a credit card. A whole credit card for $7/$8. Never purchasing from here. I'll go to other locations. Concord mill mall location.

Watched the guy working there leave the restroom without washing his hands. I wouldn’t suggest ANYONE eat there. His clothes are soiled from his hat down, meaning he doesn’t take personal hygiene seriously. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is too slow, the people here look mad and is like they are intentionally slow so you leave. I stayed only because of my nephew. What a rude people , on the phone while you have people waiting. Only good thing was that at least the ice cream was good . Really BAD
