My direct service was outstanding. However, I was lucky to get the attentive employee rather than the one who spent most of her time texting. Needless to say, the line could have gone A LOT faster than it did. The female employee w/ locks was great!

I see several other reviews stating the staff are rude as the reason for their rating. I can say on the couple of visits I’ve made the workers were young, but perfectly polite and so was I to them. I usually get a very complicated confection that involves multiple stages to assemble and I can say from working retail that when customers ask for the most complicated things it can feel tiring on a long day. But if treated with respect I’ve never gotten anything but pleasant experiences...
