Food was just so-so. Fries were only warm and not fresh. Service was fine but there was no one else in the restaurant so it was a little depressing

I’ve stopped by this Hardee’s three times over the past few days, and unfortunately each visit has been disappointing.

On my first visit, I was served a completely flat Coke. I didn’t make a big deal about it — I figured maybe the machine just needed maintenance. But when I returned the next evening, things were still off. Only a couple of employees seemed to be working, they were far behind, and I could clearly hear their personal conversations from the counter. It made the whole situation awkward, and the service took a long time.

I tried again this morning, hoping for a better experience, but the dining room was completely closed with no explanation. I assume they were short-staffed, but after three visits in a row, I would’ve expected at least one positive experience.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but consistency is important, and right now this location seems really disorganized and understaffed.

I tried to get breakfast here this morning. When I drove up to the drive thru the woman who tried to place my order was rude and claimed that she couldn’t hear me and I was talking loud and clear. I was fed up so I just left. Don’t waste your time at this location. I will stick with the one in Kannapolis.

Ladies / and crew here at Hardee’s, are so kind and go out of their way to help with the customers as I witnessed this, this morning. Above and beyond I set inside to eat, and heard the lady at the drive-through window corresponded with customers that obviously come daily or weekly!
I give her five stars and beyond she was very kind we need this more and more just being kind one to another🥰😍.

Got home and the order was wrong. This was even after I had to pull over and wait, and the girl brought it out saying correctly what I had ordered. This shouldn’t even happen! Never happens at Chick-fil-a. Poor management!

I hardly ever go out to eat so when I do I want it to be good. The superstar burger is one of my favorites that i used to get in CA, where im from. The superstar i just got from this restaurant was pale in comparison. The bread wasn’t fresh, the meat wasn’t seasoned . Nothing special at all. I forced myself to eat it. Thumbs down big time .

Went inside to order our dinner. And waited about 30 minutes for the food. This Hardee’s don’t really care about getting your food out in a timely fashion. Even the people that went through the drive through were having to come inside to get their food. Extremely bad service from church st location in concord. Even the employees had bad attitude problems towards the customers. So I ask for a refund and the lady told me that my food was ready if I still wanted it. Just sitting in a bag not under a heat lamp. And I said yes if it’s going to be free. Because now I’m going to have to go home and reheat it. And her response was he’ll no it’s not free. You let my families dinner sit on your counter for 30 minutes. No I not going to pay for that. Got a refund and went elsewhere. Hardee’s you really need to fire those two girls. And replace them with people who care. That’s why you are losing money and. Customers at that location. I will never set foot back in there again. To many fast food places in Comcord to pick from.

The service is awful at any time,they take your order and after you pay they told you to move to take the next order,I’ll wait 16 minutes for a hamburger and they even forget my fries,I ask for my money back cause I don’t have the time and they told me that the person in charge left,thst nobody can give me my money back,,the local is dirty and messy and a lot of homeless people around and inside the restaurant

I don’t know what happened here but they keep messing up my order everytime I come here. They even can’t hear me well in the drive thru speaker. I am wasting my money on an order that isn’t right at all. I don’t know how you send an order out without checking it making sure it is the correct order before giving it to the customer. This place use to be great with survives now it’s not even worth coming back here anymore

Got the breakfast platter and a sausage biscuit as the charge $2 for a single sausage patty. Hashbtowns hard and cool, gravy incredibly thin and flavorless, bacon almost oinking, eggs hard and chewy and crinkly, shorter black hair (mine is currently long and bleached) in the gravy, attached to lid. Also handed back a greasy card. 6ish am, empty inside and no one in drive thru.
