I was seated within a few minutes, and looked over the menu. I then waited 5 minutes for water and to inform me the server would be over shortly. It was 10 minutes later. I was getting up to leave, when a waiter finally came by. The most frustrating part was they were NOT busy. There was a 4 top, a 2 top, and 2 people in the bar area. After all that, the food was good! I had a pork dish with onions (Cerdo), beans & rice, and perfectly cooked Maduros.

Terrific restaurant in the heart of downtown Concord. Friendly people with good food & drinks plus live music. Our server Bryan made excellent recommendations, including the Ropa Vieja which was outstanding, as were the Camarones al Ajillo. We don't get to Concord often but will be sure to return to Havana Carolina when we do!

My experience at Havana Carolina was truly amazing! That was my first time there on September 6 and I celebrated my birthday with some of my closest friends. The staff was very attentive to us & the food & drinks were awesome! The staff sang happy birthday to me & made me feel so special! We even danced with some of the staff members, as a live band performed that night. I would definitely recommend going to Havana Carolina, as I will visit again, for sure!!
