Hawthorne's NY Pizza and Bar Concord

Always amazing and delicious

I love Hawthorne's! We came here, huge party, for my birthday on a week night and the food and service was phenomenal. It's a great gem in downtown Concord. The pizza, the pasta, the cheesecake, whatever you get is straight 🔥. Oh and they do GF as well!

Great service at the bar and great selection of beers. Being from out of the state, we stumbled on this place and we were not disappointed. Dinners and pizza are delicious.

First of all we love Hawthornes and we decided to go to your Harrisburg location. We got there and found out it was closed. We ended up deciding to go ahead and drive all the way to your concord location. We decided to sit outside and waited maybe 10 minuted with no service. Finally a waiter came out and instead of helping us they ended up helping another table that was sat after us. He went back in and came back out saying apparently he was supposed to be helping the entire patio and offered to get us drinks. He was walking away before even offering if we wanted an appetizer which we did and we ordered. We all ordered individual 9 inch pies and on the sicilian we said no hot honey. The elizabeth was sub olives for mushrooms. We ended up getting 2 off the pizzas to come out but the third which was for my mom ( we were celebrating early for mothers day) took another 10 minutes to come out. It was def underdone. And we kept tasting something sweet on the sicilian. It had honey on the crust. Long story short we were very dissapointed with the service and quality of the food we were given. The atmoshere was excellent it's a shame it was overshadowed by our experience especially as loyal customers. I just wanted to make you all aware. Sent feedback and never heard a word.

Mooresville Location… We love the pizza, but our order is wrong half the time. When placing an online order, the employees have to hand key the order into their system. More times than not, the order is keyed wrong. I’m tired of having to wait extra time because of the carelessness.

Breaks my heart to do this as I have loved Hawthornes for so many years. Hope this is not the new norm...it tastes as bad as it looks. :(

Just ordered pizza for the first time from Hawthornes. I’m from NY and haven’t been able to find good pizza around here. This pizza was absolutely delicious! I’m so happy I found this place!

I have a confession to make… I lived in downtown for a bit a year or so ago and always went by this place, but thought it was just any old pizza place. I was so wrong! Tonight I went for date night with my boyfriend and OMG what an awesome experience. I loved the garlic knots (they are AMAZING), and the chicken pesto pasta! Even though it was busy we got really good, efficient service. And super friendly and kind service too!! We will be back for sure!
