A Rollercoaster Dining Experience—From Delightful to Disastrous!

Let me start by saying—the food? Absolutely phenomenal. My husband and his family have been loyal customers here for quite some time, and for good reason. Every bite was a delight, and we were ready for another fantastic meal.

But then… enter our server.

I have eaten at countless restaurants in my lifetime, but never—NEVER—have I encountered someone so astonishingly rude. From the moment she approached our table, her attitude was dripping with unprovoked hostility. We were nothing but polite, yet she treated us as if we were a burden she couldn’t wait to be rid of.

It was unbelievable. It was unnecessary. And quite frankly, it was unacceptable.

Despite this, we will return because the food is just that good. However, if we see her again? We’ll be politely but firmly requesting a different server. Because great food should never be served with a side of attitude.

Wowzers. I had this poor quality and poor quantity sushi delivered straight to my door. This was an awful experience. 4 specialty rolls plus a regular roll can feed 1.5 toddlers. Unbelievably skinny rolls. They packed our sushi (4 specialty rolls and 1 regular roll) horizontally in one small container. Enough said. No other restaurant does this. In no way, shape or form should 4 specialty rolls and 1 regular roll fit in one small container like that. They were thin like 2 cheez-its put together. I was shocked. How can they get away with this? 14$ a roll for toddler portions, not to mention they all tasted the same. (No chopsticks included) Wish I could taste the fish, just wasn't enough. Maybe there was a shortage? Anyone that wants good sushi, just roll them yourself. Don't come here. No mo' monies for you.

Just be careful when you order from this place the hibachi chicken taste tough, overcooked, extremely salty and dry! You ask for broccoli they give you 3 broccoli if any. The hibachi is old and horrible

Very clean, nice waiter, good food, and the food was nice and hot, we didn't have to wait long

Parking: There was a lot of room to park at, so that was really good, like if there was a lot of people coming there would be a lot of space for that event.

Kid-friendliness: They had a kid meau and the sushi was good for a kid, because the sushi was a bit small for the kids meau but was a good size.

Recommended dishes: Tempura Chicken and Vegetable Tempura Hibachi Chicken and Steak, Sweet Potato Roll and California Roll, Tuna, Fried Rice, Hibachi Steak, Sushi, Chicken Hibachi with Noodles

If you like good Japanese hibachi, this is mediocre at best. Got the chicken. Not a lot of flavor. Servers very friendly.

Gladly surprised by this restaurant. Very good service and the food was awesome. I had California roll and a undon soup with shrimp, stake and chicken.

The food here was just okay. I may try it again and see if it is better next time.

I ordered hibachi chicken with fried rice and carrots for my husband and two sushi rolls, one a rainbow roll (8 pcs), and a spider roll (5 pcs). The Hibachi chicken was still hot when the food was delivered, which was good. Not awesome, just good. The rainbow roll did have the assortment of fish was nice, as well as the roll itself. The "spider roll, was ok, but if the "crunchy" parts were supposed to be fried softshell crab, I'd have to see it being prepared to know for sure, because they were in small crunchy pieces. As someone who grew up near rivers and oceans and who had a lot of deep-fried soft shell crabs, I would say these were NOT made with authentic soft shell crabs. However, both rolls were tasty and good. The only reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars is because I believe the sushi rolls were pre-made, like 8-24 hrs in advance, and the soft shell crab was questionable as being authentic ss crab. Thank you.

Would not recommend!!! The fish is not fresh. The sushi was bad but the service was even worse. Terribly terribly slow and dismissive to needs.

This is one of our favorite restaurants! Everyone in my family loves the food, and the service is always great.
