Isabela's Pizza

I have been ordering 8-10 Pizzas here for our local business, once a week, for about two years now. Pizza has always been of great quality and taste. They always have our order ready on time, every week. Could not be any happier with the service.

We ordered in and the pizza was below average. The dough was stale and chewy, it looks like made in the same hour, everyone know pizza dough need a rest 12/24 hrs.

The lack of aroma was what called my attention and the chewiness of the cheese pizza.

Tomato sauce was also lacking or skimmed.

Im not sure if we will order again.

I got 2 large pizzas, garlic knots, and a salad for an office I work with and the food was incredible. The staff bragged about the smell as soon as I walked in and all of them had to know where I ordered it from so they could take their families/ friends. Definitely recommend for catering / feeding any crowd size.

The beautiful young lady at the front counter that taken our order, was very helpful and friendly. The food was hot , fresh, and down right delicious! This is an authentic Mom and pop restaurant that is a hidden gem in this area. You can really taste the made to the order wonderful flavors and freshness. You have the ability to build your own pizza or add to one of the many different varieties of one's that they already have on their menu. The prices are fair and food is well worth it. There is seating and an eat in option, there was a television however the seating area is a bit of a small space and not much privacy but does have booths. The surrounding area is great as there is a gas station and many small shopping centers and restaurants directly in the same vicinity and close by. My entire family loved their food and we really look forward to returning! Thanks for your time.

Absolutely delicious. Made with care. Maximum pepperoni on our pizza…we ordered extra pepperoni. Pay special attention to the bottom of the crust. It’s golden and like going to NY. This place is a hidden gem. This is the best pizza place I have ever been to the employees here are really nice and treaded us good we got to meet the one and only Isabela she is really nice and gave us a great meal everything here is homemade in the kitchen.I will definitely be coming back again

Mozzarella sticks are not that hard to make. This restaurant clearly thinks otherwise and would rather serve frozen premade garbage. The pizza was weirdly underseasoned, probably because they use cheap marinara sauce (which by the way is also not difficult to make from scratch). Totally underwhelming and overpriced.

Never had a problem before. Food is typically well prepared. However, today I did not receive my extra cheese which I paid for and the pizza was black and tasted charred on the bottom. Every time I have ordered delivery I have had no issues. The only day that I decide to come pick up my food I had an issue. Sadly, I did not check my order before leaving because I had never had an issue before.

We tried Isabela’s Pizza about 2 months ago and will not eat pizza any where else from now on! we have had it 3 more times since and it’s been amazing every time. We are so happy to have found authentic NY style pizza in Concord! No one has been able to replicate like Isabela’s! Thank you!!!

The food here is really good, and while it might seem a little pricey, you get what you pay for in quality. If you’re from the East Coast, you’ll really appreciate their pizza. As for customer service, it can be hit or miss—sometimes the staff are super nice, and other times it feels like they’re doing you a favor just by taking your order. Just keeping it real and transparent.

First time trying their food, ordered takeout. Lasagna, personal cheese pizza, caprese salad, cannolis and honey peach cheesecake. Everything was delicious. The caprese salad was as tasty and fresh as I had in Italy. Show stopper was the cheesecake. I almost didn't order because at first it sounded like an odd pairing for a cheesecake; peach and honey. It was absolutely amazing, next time we will sit down and eat there!
