First time wanting to try Jack in the box. I say wanting because I never got my order after waiting 30 MINS. The lady working there had the WORST attitude. After asking for a refund, my order apparently “had been done” even though they never gave it to me. If my food was ready and sitting for 30 mins that food is no longer good. I can’t even rate the food because I never got it.
If I could get them negative 5 stars I would. First and last time stepping into a Jack in the Box.

Went there for a late night snack, after leaving work, it was my first time ever ordering from Jack In the Box, 3 other cars were ahead of me. They had been sitting there a while. They took my order and I waited patiently, after waiting for so long I backed out. Come to find out a truck had died in the driveway, why they didnt inform me before ordering? I don't know, but I dont know if I'll ever try to try Jack in the Box again.

I went to a show at PNC that let out at near midnight. We stopped by the Concord JIAB. Let me tell you, this kid who took our order was TOP NOTCH! Super friendly, got our order perfect. Food was fast and very fresh. Best service Ive ever had at some midnight!
