This was my first time having Jack in the Box and i am so impressed!! i went on my lunch break and got the jumbo jack combo with regular fries and an oreo shake. best fast food burger ive ever had!! the vegetables on the burger were so crisp and fresh, and the burger patty was juicy and delicious. my food did come out a little cold but that's alright i microwaved it when i got back to work. absolutely loved the food and the workers at the drive thru were so nice too! thank you jack in the box

Went here and got a snack while my husband got lunch. He got the chicken nugget combo. The nuggets were worse than Banquet nuggets. He got extremely sick shortly after eating them. However I had the sauced fries, classic version and they were delicious! Service is super slow, the employees are too busy arguing to pay attention to customers. No napkins. No sauce, had to ask for it again after I asked for it initially.
Didn't have what I wanted. And the baby tacos didn't taste good. It's like they were cooked in old grease.

Had this place for the first time. Not worth the hype or the money. The fries and shake I had were good but the tenders I took one bite of it and threw it out. Tasted like it was fried in old grease that hasn’t been changed in a while. It was only around 1pm so no reason the grease should leave that bad of a taste.

This is the second time I come here to pick up order and the workers pretend they are close so they do not have work so please fix this problem or take off the sign that say open 24 hours

I have to admit that my review is based mainly on when Raymond is working at night. Other times, I may go to other local 'lower tier' fast food drive thrus. When Raymond is there, Jack's is my first choice of fast foods....hands down!! Been this way for years. When he's there, I already know my order is gonna be right. That guy is the epitome of the word Pro! On a funny note, he called me 'sir' for a loooong time before I made him feel comfortable enough that he didnt need to do that. 20+ years experience there and it shows! He deserves a lot of recognition!

Love stopping here. Speed to grab my nephews some grub b4 ICHIBANCON and the guy in drive thru (older blk gentleman) was super kind and respectful. Will return again. Food was great. Hot even eating it 30 min later. Just great options for a family worth diff tastes. Nephew got chicken nuggets n fries, other got mini tacos, I did the sourdough chicken and the grilled jack wraps.
