We had to pleasure of eating at the Jackie boys, concord location a couple Saturdays ago and received EXCELLENT service from our server, angela. She was a light, in human form! She was extra knowledgeable about the menu and provided great service. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was welcoming. I will definitely be back

We locked our keys in the car while visiting another store in the strip mall near closing hours. Needed a place to wait for roadside that was still open. Wasn't expecting much from what looked like a little ma and pa, hole in the wall, food joint. Not only was the food and vibe phenomenal, but the owner was gracious enough to allow us to wait in the enclosed patio on a chilly night AFTER THEY CLOSED! I wish there were more stars to give!
