It’s sad one star is the lowest you can rate. The food was mediocre and was cold. Service was horrible. Will be my first and only time. Owner should be on top of the restaurant. I would avoid at all costs.

This was my second visit. I got the Nachos both times. These are probably the best nachos that I have had at any restaurant. Both times, the waitresses have been awesome! A very pleasant experience!

I have enjoyed coming here for a couple of years! Jackie Boys has the most welcoming bartenders, especially Rikki, that makes you feel as home! The food is amazing! Everything on the menu tastes so great! The manager, Carl, makes sure to talk to you and get to know you. It's literally like I have my own "Cheers" bar :)

Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and they have a kids menu.

Will not come back.was go to place, not anymore. Food tasted day old,and did not get order right. Tried calling to put in an order, no answer, tried 3 more times, no answer. Went there in person, asked why no one answering phone, got no answer. My bill came to $36.12, I gave $37 to waitress and she just walked away. I asked for my change, and was told,"we don't make change, our registers don't have change. When I left phones were still ringing, and nobody answering. Will never go back.

Ordered the French dip which was ok and the crispy onion straws were a plus. The au jus for the French dip was only enough for half the sandwich. When I asked for more they said they had to charge me for it? I was not YouTube dipping either. Just regular dips for a French dip sandwich. That is unacceptable and shady tactics. The service was good at the bar tho which is the only redeeming factor.

Asked for medium rare and medium burgers- got 2 well done crispy burgers, overly greasy fries, no ketchup or anything for our burgers, kids chicken tenders or any of our fries. The staff were extremely polite but horrible food, won't be going

The menu clearly states the shrimp pasta comes with 8 grilled shrimp. Mine only came with 6. That's a 25% shortage. I mean, cmon, can you not count to 8? It was tasty, but I don't like being jipped especially when it cost $18 and didn't come with a salad or anything.
