Food is consistently hot, fresh, and seasoned. Workers have always been super friendly and pleasant. It's one of my favorite quick lunch spots!

First and last time eating there ! Disgusting i was scared I was eating rats or cats didnt taste like teriyaki chicken at all or look like it. Immediately went in the trash my kid’s didn’t even like it and they eat everything and sushi was like a 5 out of 10 I’ve had way better sushi I have had way better Chinese food as well .

This used to be my favorite spot 1+ years ago. The past 3 times have been increasingly worse and worse. The chicken pieces for the sesame/general tso's are huge and gummy, and the flour is soggy and uncooked. Very gross compared to how crispy it was before. I was hoping that the chef was having a bad day, but after 3 times it's obvious it's not the same anymore.

I had an awful experience this evening (06/14/2025) with one of the servers, a young white female. She was in a verbal and staring altercation with the customer in front of me and then was rude and inattentive to me. She would not even speak when I asked her several questions and rudely pointed to the meal selections on the wall. She seems to not understand she is in customer service. Just a terrible interaction. Not sure what her problem is, but I highly suggest she be fired immediately or it will effect your revenue stream. You will loose customers.

I ordered May 8th at 4pm and got terrible food. The bourbon chicken was so dry and stringy. The orange chicken was not much better. The black pepper chicken was in a ball all stuck together and very hard. It looked like it was reheated in a fryer. The lo mein was just ok. My son had ordered for me before and the food was very good. The meals before were ordered around 6 pm. I feel that my order was food left overs from the late lunch. I am in the rehab facility at 413 winecoff school road down the road from you. If I was able too I would have brought the food back for a replacement and I would have asked for just the black pepper chicken and the orange chicken because of the bourbon chicken was so stringy. I took some pictures. The only good food I had was the cream cheese wontons. They were fresh . I don't know how to post pictures in this post but I may be able to do another one with the pictures. Lesson learned. Order during busy times.i should have ordered around 6 pm.

$18 for chicken and steak hot hibachi 4 pieces of hard steak 4 pieces of uncooked chicken I’m tired of ordering from these places and was Ing my money

So disappointed! Does this look like $20 worth of food to you? And no, I didn't even order a drink.

This was takeout, based on the reviews. I don't know who posted these reviews, but I think it's probably the kids that work there because this is in a FOOD COURT INSIDE A MALL. Not even a real Chinese restaurant! (obviously I didn't see that on Google).

I didn't have my hopes too high thinking it would be similar to New York, but this is just an insult. Good thing I had extra packets of sauce at home from my son because they even charge you extra for the packets of sauce. SMH

And if you order anything other than chicken, they call it hibachi so they can charge you more. Really? A hibachi grill...at a mall...

Lesson learned. Now you know. :(

I have no allergies at all and am almost never bothered by any food. I had ginger chicken & lo mein and my tongue went numb and then broke out. It tasted good enough but something got me. My other 2 family members didn't like there's and didn't eat it. And I hadn't said anything to them about mine. I just ate all mine

Very rude staff , I think it was the manger that got rude with me , Over me asking for some fresh noodles . I work in customer service as well and it’s really about pleasing the customer now in this situation I just asked for my noodles fresh he acted as if I was holding him at gun point asking for him to give me all the food it was so weird . My chicken was mushy couldn’t even finish it and the spring rolls was watery when I bit into it that was nasty as well . I used to love this place but being rude to people make a difference I don’t recommend it .

Got the 3 entree and fried rice. Pretty good yum! Epic portions! Good price. I had to eat in 2 meals. Served in a Compostable container! I will definitely return. It’s in the food court of Carolina Mall so I will not down score Jade for atmosphere.

Excellent food! Service is quick and friendly also.
Whenever I am in the area, I will go out of my way to get lunch here.

Normally I order on doordash but decided to go in person with my friend. We both spend about $27-$30each for our food. We literally waited 13 minutes because they kept switching the orders because they were not going in order how they were suppose to. I asked are they sure this is my order and they told me yes. I get back to my job and both me and and my friend were given someone elses order. When i called to ask about it they told me sorry for the misunderstanding. I literally will never order from there again.

I have come to Jade for a while, with great food and service.
