Was the only person on line and waited 20 minute for three drinks. While we waited a line formed due to the slow service no staff was in any rush nor did they try to addresss the long wait. They went about there business as if they weren’t causing a clog in the mall. Horrible service.

Was served a warm smoothie that was watered down and the employee said he needed approval to remake it but stated that the manager was not there and to walk to the other end of the mall to auntie Annie’s to get our own approval most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of. The manager wasn’t at the other location and we were told by their employees that the manager was back at the other location where Jamba Juice was. My thing is why can’t they just remake the obvious smoothie that was warm and melted and watery and tasteless. Finally the we located the manager and he hastily agreed to remake the smoothie.

The lady that works at Jamba Juice has a terrible attitude. She was unprovoked and tried to start an argument with me all because I wanted to watch them make the açaí bowls. That’s one of my favorite parts when I go to the store. She proceeded to ask me “what’s wrong? Something wrong?” With a bad tone of voice, as if I was trying to start an argument. I proceeded to tell her nicely with a smile, no I just like to watch when they make the bowl. She just looked me up and down and wanted to say more. I felt like I was being attacked. Upper management needs to do something about that because that was completely uncalled for the way I was treated. It seems like I am not the only one having that issue. I get that you can be unhappy to be somewhere but please refrain from being hostile, when no one was bothering you. That was very rude.

Why stay open if you refuse to make smoothies at a smoothie place!Two employees standing around refusing to make anything after 5pm when it was 4:45. The reasoning “in case it got busy.”These ladies should be FIRED! The young black pierced teenage girl was beyond rude and I’ll be contacting corporate.FYI I’m a black woman also.If you’re so short staffed you can’t even make your product with employees on the clock you should close down!

by far the worst Jamba Juice I've ever been to. The one in University City area should of stayed and the one in Uptown Charlotte as well. I really dislike how most business move from University City to Concord Mills. Just like in the previous post they said they can't take any coupons nor they don't do online orders. The girl Allie or whatever her name is horrible. I recommend not to come here they don't even want you to save money and use any jamba rewards. Told me to go Park Rd. Its so sad that Jambas are in mall with auntie annes/ cinnabon but they won't accept any rewards since they aren't independently owned.

THEY ARE SOOOOO SLOWWWW, omg i ordered a smoothie bowl and i literally waited 30 MINUTES for it and at that point i just eanted a refund they were taking forever to give me a refund so I just left. DO NOT GO HERE BRUH

Jamba at Concord Mills in Concord is a great place to go for quality juice and food that is well prepared. I have been happy with all of the orders that I have made from here. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need.
