Over priced and not that good anymore. They have taken alot off the salad bars also. Its just not worth it anymore. Its still okay.

Last 4 times we’ve come the soft serve ice cream is “Out of service.” There is no sweet tea. The drink area and area around there is disgusting… see pics. Has a 99.2 sanitation grade which cannot be accurate.

Not the best experience, first time at this location. Ordered 2 salad bars and a cup of soup, never got a number for the soup so we had to go back and forth several times before they could figure out how to give us the soup. Weird that it had to be so complicated.
Some items from the salad bar tasted off like they were spoiled. Artichoke hearts, olives, beets, all tastes like the vinegar they were sitting in had gone bad something.
Ice cream machine was out of service. Seems to be a normal thing at most locations. Unsure what’s so hard about keeping them operational.
The track lights they have in the center of the seating area are also obnoxious. They blind you if you aren’t fully aware of the seat you choose, and where the lights are pointing.

I am a frequent customer at Jason’s Deli and have never had an issue until tonight. Unfortunately, this experience was very different. The customer service I received from a cook was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. Due to a simple miscommunication, she responded with an attitude and even walked away from me while I was speaking, which was very disrespectful.
I want to highlight that the cashier was kind, patient, and more than willing to help resolve the situation, which I truly appreciated. However, the behavior from the cook completely overshadowed what is usually a great experience at this location.
I hope this is addressed so other loyal customers don’t have a similar experience.
Food was missing ingredients and was very small on portion compared to other locations.

The sandwiches are delicious and, i especially want to highlight the outstanding customer service provided by Ms. Brandy (who works in the drivethrough window). Ms. Brandy always greets me with a smile and takes extra care to ensure my order is right. I really appreciate her taking care of my order anytime i come through.

I frequent this location often and the staff is always so nice and friendly. The taller blonde girl, I always forget her name but she’s always very nice and willing to banter with me. That’s one of the mains reasons I choose this location. She always has great customer service, I wish more people were like the staff here. Keep up the great work everyone!

Good location besides the shorter Hispanic lady who was staring and mumbling under her breath at my daughter... ma'am she's not the one for what ever reason. Everyone else was super sweet, smiles, bar looked clean .... its visit again and hope it was just an evening for the lady that wasn't going well
