I'm really not sure where all these negative comments come from? I have been going to this location for many years and I have never had anything negative happen while I was there. The food is amazing, the food is amazing, the staff is amazing, and the managers are awesome!

I recently visited Jason’s Deli in Concord and had a pleasant experience overall. Maritza was very professional to us and staff. The salad bar was fresh and offered a great variety of options, which I really enjoyed. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the ice cream machine was down during my visit. I had been looking forward to that sweet treat to end the meal. Maritza was trying to fix the machine but our meal ended before she was finished.. I’ll definitely return, hoping the ice cream machine is up and running next time!

The dine in experience is rough on the ears. Constant load alarms beeping from the kitchen. Everything else was great though. Loved the tomato basil soup.

My potatoes are never cooked all the way through anymore. It's the only thing I order from here and I don't mind the price, but I do want an edible potato.
