I decided to try today since I always pass it. She was very sweet and patient with my questions. I got the lava piña colada with strawberry protein. It’s really good and not too sweet. It doesn't taste overly sweet or processed like most smoothies. I will be back!

Such a great little place! We have passed this cute coffee shop a thousand times, but finally stopped by today. Great customer service, reasonable prices, and yummy drinks. The Red Bull ones are a favorite of ours. Can’t wait to come back and try more!!

I was on my way to a friend's pool party when I got hungry and came across a square that had a bunch of food trucks. I saw Java Island coffee Hut and checked out their smoothies and was amazed when I saw that they had milkshakes. I never had a strawberry milkshake so I went to check it out and the rich aroma of coffee and the sweet taste of the milkshake was divine. The staff was super amazing, spoke with them for quite a while and got to learn of them and how everything came to be. These were cool folks that were so welcoming and warm and made my entire experience worth it.
Parking: The place is part food, truck complex and part car wash. So you can actually park your car or wash your car while you're waiting for your food.

My family and I were on vacation from Massachusetts. We stopped in at Java Island. The staff there was so pleasant. They took the time to speak with my family and even take our picture. The drinks and smoothies are out of this world. Honestly, I would drive back from Massachusetts just to have another one. Thank you again! I wish ya’ll the best of luck.

My new favorite coffee place! The owners are so sweet and the coffee is delicious. My favorite is the banana boat! Plus on the weekends they have a ton of other food truck options behind the car wash, but Island is the star!

This is my new favorite coffee place in my hometown of Cornelius. My favorites are the Point Break (maple) and my wife loves the Waikiki espresso. We are so glad to have this place so close to us. Great service and great coffee. 5-star recommendation.

Amazing Banana Boat Chai to start the day !! Great Flavor!

We heard talk about this place through Facebook, we are so glad we came! We tried the Banana Boat and I was slightly worried that it would be too sweet. I was wrong and the drink was the perfect sweetness!! We walked in as soon as they opened and they were quick to set up the heater for us on this chilly day. We will definitely be back!!

Great coffee and service. The cheery yellow food truck with a tropical look and welcoming patio caught my eye driving down Catawba Ave. between old town Cornelius and the highway. Glad I stopped in. The owners are very friendly, and getting coffee here is fun and relaxing. The coffee quality is very high. Great cappucino! Very glad they're now in Cornelius at this super cute location.
