Jersey Mike's Subs

Nice clean store, friendly staff, and a great sandwich. I came in at at slower time of the day, but was immediately eagerly greeted by two nice young men. The first young man, (Jawahn I think he said his name was) asked for my order, then was helped by another team member. After talking with Jawahn for a moment, I found out today was his first day. He was very cordial, rang me up, and then I listen to him help the next guest out perfectly. I was really impressed with this store, and will be sure to come back next time I’m around!

This is the worst experience I ever had, the employee looked like it was his first day. Jersey mikes has top sandwiches, but with the employees like this, sorry , I’m never going back again!!! The guy doesn’t even know how to prepare the Mike’s way !!

I frequent this store and have seen many changes in staff over the past two years. The current staff is the best I Have seen. The new GM (have not learned her name yet) has really been great. She is courteous and always a pleasure. She has a wonderful and customer service centric team around her as well. If you go here, make sure to treat the ladies nicely as they deserve it!

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I get off the highway for a 8 hour trip to go here and they don’t have any of the bread with the rosemary on it.. it’s 6:51 pm there’s still hours left why aren’t yall stocked up? So yes I made the choice to not want anything at all

The place is as clean as a dumpster. There were flies all over the veggies and sauces. Mayo is left in open as a buffet for everything. And they missed the whole point of vegetarianism. They don’t change gloves, or even the utensils they use to cook the mushroom sub. We walked right outta the store. Seriously how did this place end up with this rating.

I walked in at about 837pm on May 31st 2024. They are NOT scheduled to close until 9pm. The "Open" sign was turned off when I pulled up. I walk inside and was told they are only serving wraps and bowls because they have no bread ready. I asked were you out of bread. I was told No, it's because they're about to close in 20 mins. I said, but it's NOT 9pm yet. The girl said I know but we are closing in 20 mins. I just tried calling the store to speak with the manager about the situation, the phone just rings. I'm definitely reaching out to their higher ups in management. These establishments are hiring these YOUNG adults who have no training in GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and always In a rush to close a store on the weekends. Clean up should happen after store closing hours NOT during store open hours. Especially when stores are made to be open for business. I spend plenty of money with Jersey mikes I should never walk in a store During OPEN HOURS that makes subs And be told there's no bread ready because they are closing in 20 mins. RIDICULOUS!!!!

Stood at the front counter while 3 people went through line and I did not even get acknowledged. Finally I spoke up and asked where I needed to go. Once I made it home with my order I was surprised to see that not only was the pickup name not listed on the order the person making did not read any of the notes for the order.

It's been quite sometime since I've been to a business where employees were treated the way they were at Concord Mills Jersey Mike's.I've been 3 different times in the past month and they hit my 3rd strike this last time.I'm not sure the manager's name but he's a jerk. He's a large African American man and he's loud. He speaks to the employees like they're idiots and his demeanor just made me feel unwelcome. I felt horrible for the young people working in there. I would def quit because there's no way I'd put up with such a hostile work environment.Next trip to Jersey Mike's, I will go out of my way to a different location.
