Worse Jersey mikes ever gave me attitude for getting gluten free bread and having an allergy. I’ve never paid more than 20 bucks for a sub but at this location if you are gluten free they charge you 9 dollars for Bread rather than 3.75 like it states on their own website. I only bought it because it’s hard to find gluten free food out side and I was in a pinch but 35 dollars for my normally 20 dollar sub and the ARGUING with your customer is crazy I would rather drive 20 extra minutes to go to the one in university

I was getting several subs/ week from here until I got the most greasy sub ever with toppings I didn't want on it. I didn't take a single bite. Called the manager and they simply would not remake my sub. I took the loss and stopped eating here for over a year. I finally decide to try them again last week. I ordered subs for the family (3 regular and one mini). I get home and see 2 regular/ 2 mini. I call the store, tell them about the mistake and say I'm coming right back. At 1st the person says okay. But the time I start backing out of my garage, the manager calls me back to tell me they don't make my sub as a mini, so I must be mistaken and not to expect a remake. I go anyway of course. The manager doesn't even make eye contact. A young lady assesses the sub, sees they made a mistake, and makes the best cheese steak I've ever had from here. If only the manager watched the employees for quality instead of mishandling customer relationships. He could make 7 subs for me before he took a loss. Clearly the picture and the consequent remake show the error. Get better management!

We unfortunately received a raw Philly here. It took quite a long time to come from Doordash, so was freezing cold. We threw the insides into a pan to re-heat the meat separately from the bread and noticed immediately the bread was soaked in blood and the meat was raw. Had we not opened it, we would have likely eaten it without noticing. Luckily, the employees prepared a second for pickup once we made them aware but the experience was very concerning.

Don’t offer curbside pickup if I have to walk in to pick it up.

On top of the order was wrong. They literally got nothing right.

Peppermint Patty

I travel all over Charlotte for my job, and usually get a Jersey Mike's sub once a week. This location has the worst customer service. And the food prep area looked sloppy.

I ordered for pick up, when I gave them my name, the guy grabs my bag, looks at me with this glare, and drops it with a thud, then turns and walks away. Like ok, it wasn't busy, only one person was there starting her order with a different person. No need to have an attitude.

About 2/3rd of the way through my sub I had a bite that just didn't taste right. I couldn't even eat anymore.
Then an hour later, I got sick. Like running for any bathroom I could find kind of sick. And I spent the remainder of the day staying close to a bathroom, and in gut wrenching pain. So, if anyone else has eaten here and gotten sick, we know the common denominator.

Chill Pill

On Thursday, October 9th, 2025, at approximately 5:59 p.m., I walked into this location to place an order and experienced some of the most disrespectful customer service I’ve ever had. The young woman with a black septum piercing looked at me as if I was bothering her just for trying to order. When I politely said I was ready, she responded with clear attitude and hostility, making the entire interaction uncomfortable and unnecessary.

However, I want to take a moment to recognize Adam, the manager on this shift, who handled my concern afterward. Adam was professional, understanding, and treated me with genuine kindness when I called to discuss the issue. His attitude is exactly what good customer service looks like, and I truly appreciated how he took the time to listen and help.

It’s disappointing that one employee can create such a negative experience, but Adam’s response showed what real leadership looks like.

The level of incompetence at this store is amazing, apparently counting is something they are incapable of doing. We ordered a Togo through DoorDash and they forgot a whole sub!!!!! When I told the Dasher it was missing he stated this seems to happen constantly. If you can’t figure it out then don’t offer delivery!!!!

This location always provides good service and I never have issues with my sandwich. However, it’s best to stay away from their soda machine as it appears they do not clean it. The soda machine is visibly dirty with mold build up and can make a person sick. My 3 star review is due to cleanliness.
