Jersey Mike's Subs

This location always provides good service and I never have issues with my sandwich. However, it’s best to stay away from their soda machine as it appears they do not clean it. The soda machine is visibly dirty with mold build up and can make a person sick. My 3 star review is due to cleanliness.

Showed the young lady my military ID and she thought I was trying to pay with it and didn’t add the discount

Waited for over 25 minutes because they kept starting from messing up on the grille...large woman working grille kept screwing up avoid this location

Nice clean store, friendly staff, and a great sandwich. I came in at at slower time of the day, but was immediately eagerly greeted by two nice young men. The first young man, (Jawahn I think he said his name was) asked for my order, then was helped by another team member. After talking with Jawahn for a moment, I found out today was his first day. He was very cordial, rang me up, and then I listen to him help the next guest out perfectly. I was really impressed with this store, and will be sure to come back next time I’m around!

This is the worst experience I ever had, the employee looked like it was his first day. Jersey mikes has top sandwiches, but with the employees like this, sorry , I’m never going back again!!! The guy doesn’t even know how to prepare the Mike’s way !!

I frequent this store and have seen many changes in staff over the past two years. The current staff is the best I Have seen. The new GM (have not learned her name yet) has really been great. She is courteous and always a pleasure. She has a wonderful and customer service centric team around her as well. If you go here, make sure to treat the ladies nicely as they deserve it!
