I ordered a #7 with pepperoni and it was amazing! It was perfectly messy and dripping with oil and vinegar just like I asked for. The service was great, all 3 folks working the counter were wonderful and engaging. Definitely worth fighting the traffic in the shopping center.

I walked into the restaurant a young lady was sweeping to other associates were behind the counter but no one bothered to great me. A minute or so later a different lady came from the back with supplies in her arms and greated me. I ordered a #2 Jersey Shore on rosemary cheese bread and #7 Turkey Provelone sub in a tub. Instead of what I ordered, she mixed the subs up. In my opinion, the service at this location has gone down tremendously. I usual visit the location on Rocky River Rd but I stopped here because I was shopping in Afton Village.

Excellent visit with the best sub in town! Jersey Mike's makes the absolute best sub sandwich hands down. The bread is fresh, as are the ingredients that are piled on. The #13 is my favorite, but the variety is great for everyone. The staff is very professional, supportive, and keeps a clean shop. If you are hungry, I highly recommend stopping in.

Very dirty tables, trash cans were all overflowing and staff were gathered behind the counter just talking. Even when they saw me gathering napkins to wipe down my table so I could sit down.
