Excellent visit with the best sub in town! Jersey Mike's makes the absolute best sub sandwich hands down. The bread is fresh, as are the ingredients that are piled on. The #13 is my favorite, but the variety is great for everyone. The staff is very professional, supportive, and keeps a clean shop. If you are hungry, I highly recommend stopping in.

Very dirty tables, trash cans were all overflowing and staff were gathered behind the counter just talking. Even when they saw me gathering napkins to wipe down my table so I could sit down.

Wow, I just walked in after manipulating my truck into a parking lot to go to Jersey Mike’s off the highway, and the staff greeted me with “it’s going to take a second”. I asked “a second?” She said however long it takes to make 100 sandwiches. There was no “so sorry” they just were rude to me and complained about their large order. I’d suggest steer clear of this location.

Horrible customer service! The worker on the cutter was talking with another employee who was standing in line. The other worker was not ordering but waiting to start her shift. Cutter got mad because I didn't recognize she stopped her 5 minute conversation with her co worker. I guess for payback she placed a minimal amount of meat on my sub (based on comparison of the other subs being prepped) and her chat buddy worked ridiculously slow despite a growing line of people, stopping/slowing to gossip with other coworkers! Definitely not worth the time or money. The Concord Mills location needs to do a training at this store!

I’ve never seen a location with employees less willing to work. The “OPEN” sign is turned off a good 90 minutes before the restaurant officially closes every night and they also turn their grill off around this time allowing for no hot subs from 7:30 to 9 pm. I think a good 1 out of 4 people have cleaned a flat top grill, it’s not very difficult guys….. employees also constantly look jaded and angry.
