I’ve never seen a location with employees less willing to work. The “OPEN” sign is turned off a good 90 minutes before the restaurant officially closes every night and they also turn their grill off around this time allowing for no hot subs from 7:30 to 9 pm. I think a good 1 out of 4 people have cleaned a flat top grill, it’s not very difficult guys….. employees also constantly look jaded and angry.

We visited this location at the beginning of December. I reached out to the company, but because I haven't heard back, I am sharing my experience. My family ordered on the app. Our pickup time was 1:12pm. I arrived to the store early and decided to walk into the store 5 minutes prior to my pickup time (1:07pm). My order was not ready at that time so I stood and waited with the other waiting customers. At 10 minutes past my pickup time (1:22pm), I inquired on my order with one of the associates. The associate asked my name and told me it wasn't ready yet. I asked how much longer it would be, as I had already waited 10 minutes past the promised time and my family was hungry. I was met with an attitude from the associate at the meat/cheese slicer. She said she didn't know how long it would be. She also pointed to the customers at the front of the line and said "I'm not even making their subs right now" and then said "they (the walk-in customers) get upset if I ignore them". I understand I ordered at a busy time on a weekend, however if I had stood in line and gone through, my order would have been ready sooner. In my mind, it's not okay to immediately go on the defensive when a customer inquires on how long their wait time is expected to be, past their promised time. The way I was treated by the associate(s) at this store was unacceptable. I could also overhear that associate speaking with other customers about our interaction. I didn't demand the associate stop and make my subs instead, I just inquired on the extended length of my wait. Another customer mentioned to me that he had been at the store waiting for his online order for 45 minutes. He was still waiting by the time I left the store. I did finally receive my order at 1:30, 18 minutes past our promised time. Again, if I had just gone through the line as a walk-in customer, I would've been out in half of that time. I work in customer service and would never treat customers this way. We will think twice before visiting this location again.

Normally, I come here and I have a good experience, but not today. I placed an order through the app, scheduled for pick-up @5:53. I get there and my order is not there, the girl working at the counter ( was nice and helpful) starts looking in the system until they realise that someone walked out with my order (they announced it out loud) I told her that I had to be to work @6 and could not be late. I waited 10 minutes for them to remake my sandwich. They started to make it and pushed it to the side and continued to fix other people's sandwiches. I feel like that was terrible customer service. If you let someone leave with my order, then I should have been accommodated for that. It wasn't until I asked to speak to the manager, that they decided to make my sandwich. I feel like there was some pettiness in them making me wait to re-make my sandwich. So unprofessional.

I was planning to visit Jersey Mike's tomorrow but after reading the reviews I have decided to find another place to pick up some subs. I hope management will correct the problems that continue to show up in these reviews. I live in Concord and would like to have confidence that I will receive reasonable service when I visit.

Absolutely disgusting standing in the line watching the one girl wrapping the sandwiches rubbing all over her hair and head with gloves on and then not changing them while touching all over everyone’s sandwich. I was still in line just planned on asking her to change her gloves when it was time for my sandwich to be wrapped. But then when the cashier was literally picking his teeth with his fingers with no gloves not washing hands nothing next to people’s food that’s when I left. DISGUSTING.
