Jersey Mike's Subs

Ordered a portobello chicken Philly bowl with extra chickens and mushrooms. It didn't even fill up the bottom of the bowl. Found jalapenos in it when that was not ordered. Not impressed.

Had a great experience at Jersey Mike’s. Tavar Torres, Cassie Barnes, Javari Thompson, and Azarria Murphy were all wonderful, super fast, friendly, and made our order perfectly. It’s always nice to see a team that works well together and cares about getting things right. Thanks for the great service!

Jersey Mikes is great quality subs outside of bodega sandwiches as a Up Topper - but the young ladies that work here on a daily can be very snippy. No need to be rude and slight with customers who are actually showing decorum.

this jersey mike’s location is the GOAT. i ordered a sub in a tub from the on their app a few days ago and i asked them this in the special instructions (pic 1). not only did they succeed, they went above and beyond (pic 2) and also gave me a laugh while picking it up.

on a separate occasion in september 2024, i added similar instructions in the app and they went WAY above and WAY beyond (pic 3. the left is ONLY pickles and banana peppers!) needless to say i was MORE than happy for this. thank you so much for supporting a pickle lover like me! keep up the great work!

Had great food and fun times.

Amia charged me for regular when I had a mini #13. She was the one who wrapped it so she knew it was a mini. Over charging because people don't look at receipt??? Should I go by the restaurant and talk to Denisha derisha she asked me do I still have the sandwich from last night to prove that it was a mini instead of a regular really? Normally a stupid question like that I give a stupid answer. Let's do better people.

The server is working himself to death. He has no help. He was super professional, efficient and held it together. The online orders were coming in like crazy. I feel so much compassion for this person. He is doing the impossible.
How does a general manager expect his/her employee to do this job alone? Shame on upper management. GM, you need to do better. This employee deserves a raise.

This is a great place to eat but I have figured out the pattern, just don't go on Sunday night because that's the crew that is horrible but other than that always excellent food and service.. .
Usually a1 but tonight they had a different crew in there. I got a giant tuna which usually has a decent portion of tuna on it. Tonight this girl smeared a razor thin amount on it and when I asked if she was going to put a normal amount on it she walked off. Hope the regular crew is working next time. They get 5 and 10 tips for each at the counter...this girl got very little. She won't last long.

Terrible. Then they put subs on the rack for people to steal. The employees talk shit about the customers to other customers. They little girl behind the counter said “nah uh I’m not answering that” when the phone rang.

Ordered a club 8 and I guess they like burnt bacon at home but this burnt black bacon is nasty, I guess the cooks like burnt bacon at there house

Hands down subway and jimmy johns can learn a lot about making a worthy sub sandwich from jersey mikes. Every time I come here , I’m never disappointed. Great staff and quality sandwiches for a decent price. Thank you.

So I haven't been to a Jersey Mike's in years but I hear their sub bowls were good so I ordered at around 1 pm (after lunch) online and was shocked to find it was going to take nearly an hour to get my food. But ok. Then my son says he wants a sub so, I decided we'd go over early, order his, and they'd be ready about the same time. So we order his HOT sub and wait for my (ordered 40 minutes before) cold sub bowl. At 212pm they call his order. Mine was still being made. Now mind you, this is 2 full hours after the lunch rush. I would hate to see how long we would have to wait if I tried this at noon. IDK who the manager is, but he needs to manage that.
