Turkey tom very light on turkey and lettuce. Tiny tomatoes. Other subs were okay. But turkey tom looked pitiful when i opened it.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the young lady (Ms. Austine) working at Jimmy John’s today. She was handling both to-go orders and in-store customers all by herself, and she did it with an incredible amount of professionalism, patience, and efficiency. Even with the line moving and phones ringing, she stayed friendly, calm, and made sure everyone was taken care of. It’s rare to see someone manage so much on their own with such a positive attitude. She truly went above and beyond, and Jimmy John’s is lucky to have her on their team!

I gave Jimmy John’s a second chance after a previous order went haywire at another location (club lulu order came without any turkey) this time the order came without cheese after paying extra for the addition of cheese. Even said it on receipt. What a joke.

Completely botched my order and could not care less, when I brought in the giant sandwich which was half of what they got wrong, they just started piling the ingredients they left off on it at the counter beside the register and expected me to wrap that hot mess up by myself.

This is my first time ever having JJ and they got my order wrong and told me that I was wrong.
The wait was so long it was freaky. Over 20 minutes waiting inside after I ordered. So short staffed and a drive through it was rediculous.
