Placed an order for delivery at 1210 pm. At 1252 called the store, the gentleman that answered the phone stated that "a third party was called to deliver and it was picked up at 1232 pm". I stated I had not received it yet and would wait another 30 minutes and if " I haven't received it by that time I would call back and someone was making me a sandwich". So 30 minutes later at 122 pm I called back and stated I was at that point going to pick up my food, but you need to do something about the delivery fee. To the credit of the Staff they didn't charge for the food. I realize that not all "3rd party delivery people " are shady, however the reason I ordered from your establishment is cause your supposed to be " freaky fast" I assumed (wrongfully) that jimmy johns delivered thier own product as they have before. I have never had a good experience when a fast food delivery chain used a third party delivery service.....EVER

Terrible experience, ordering food was the most awkward experience ever. Store itself was ok…hardly any seating. Got our sandwiches and literally cardboard. Ordered a #4 and #16 with lettuce tomato onion oil vinegar salt pepper mayo, etc. literally could not taste a thing. Place is a no go. I may be biased, but if you can’t fit a dually in your lot I don’t trust you. Parking lots are how I first judge you… Just like if she’s not 180 she’s not a lady, if my $15 sandwich doesn’t taste like a manhattan turkey and provolone vs a homeless sign, you have failed as a company. Go next door to the hibachi pit

The only reason I'm giving them a mod grade is because they forgot my pickle and I asked for an extra pickle.However, they were able to update my order at the window. I appreciate that! I'm upset about the pickle. Jimmy John's has the best pickles.

Honestly, disappointed. $17.73 for a giant turkey Tom with provolone. I'm not usually one to complain, but that seems a little pricey for 5 pieces of turkey. Take a note from jersey Mike's and pack the sub. I like Jimmy John's, but this was my first and last time at this location.

I just had my girlfriend go pick me up lunch while on my break. I specifically heard her say #9 no mayo. The worker didn’t even acknowledge my order being ready. Just placed a random order on the counter so she assumed it was her order. After bringing me the order, she charged her for #14 bootlegger lettuce wrap. I am so pissed as this literally took both of our lunch breaks for the entire order to be wrong. Waste of $20
