Poor service. The young lady was extremely rude over the speaker, then I drove to the window because I could not see the menu due to fog. I asked for a to go menu, she gave me the nastiest look , as if how I dare I come to the window and ask for anything. I refuse to give my money to such poor service, unwelcoming attitude, and face.

manager made my sandwich and smeared an indistinguishable amount of avocado spread despite having me pay an extra $2.80 for it. roughly 1/40th of a haas avocado. when i brought this up to her, she said to look between the cheese. this is the only way i could see it because i could not taste it. manager was otherwise yelling and complaining for the entire 20 minutes i was there.

Horrible! extremely poor service, lazy and incompetent staff. Went through the drive through waited at speaker box so I could place my order, waited for several minutes. No one said a word, even after I spoke trying to get someone’s attention. So I drove up to the window staff was extremely rude so I just pulled off.

It’s safe to say I won’t be eating here again!

I went through the drive thru and asked for two Hunter’s club, I asked for it only with mayo and lettuce and they gave me just bread mayo and lettuce.. I came back and turns out it was “miscommunication” and she had gave me a veggie sandwich. I don’t know where she got veggie from Hunter. I am mad that I drove 30 min ready to eat and drive another 30 min because she took my order wrong! Very bad service!!

Made an online order and went through the drive through. Yes maybe I should have waited for the notification to know when it’ll be ready that was my fault. The lady said it’ll be ready in 5 minutes because she had orders ahead of mine ok great I don’t mind waiting. There was a car in front of me so when that car left we waited like 3 min and she came to the window and said, do you not wait for the notification for your order. Which caught me and my boyfriend off guard because who opens and greets someone like that. We said sorry what and she repeated what she said. We apologized and said we didn’t know. She was very rude. And suggest if that’s the case where the person comes early have them park. It was not that hard. It’s not like we ordered a lot. We ordered a wrap.

we loved the subs. very kind service. my friend loved the hot worker making the subs. we believe spinach should be on the menu tho. overall, great experience. would recommend. scary beetles outside tho (they were kinda pretty)

The manager and drive thru associate working Tuesday 4/16 around 1pm were very rude. I came through the drive thru and asked the employee if my jalapeño ranch was in the bag. He then handed me one, and I put it in the bag. He then came back and said “my manager said it’s at the bottom of the bag, so I need that one back, or we have to charge you for another one.” I asked if he was sure, and he asked me to take everything out of the bag, which is when I confirmed that there was no ranch at the bottom of the bag. I noticed that my chips were not in the bag, so I asked for my BBQ chips, and the employee replied “well did you pay for chips?” I had paid for the chips, and the employee and manager were very rude for no reason at all.

Sandwiches are made fast and are great. My only complaint is they no longer have the spicy mustard. I usually get the #9 and my wife gets the #5.

The card machine is always broken, but I come here a lot and normally they try my card a few times and then take it to the drive through POS, where it works. Today they just gave up and said sorry we can’t help you. Different people than normal today too, probably has something to do with it.
