Sandwiches are made fast and are great. My only complaint is they no longer have the spicy mustard. I usually get the #9 and my wife gets the #5.

The card machine is always broken, but I come here a lot and normally they try my card a few times and then take it to the drive through POS, where it works. Today they just gave up and said sorry we can’t help you. Different people than normal today too, probably has something to do with it.

Loud music. Could hardly hear my daughter and she is not quiet. The staff was rude and gave attitude at the mention of sharing a sandwich. (Not their business) Had to repeat our order 3 times before it was correctly rung up. Then had to listen to the staff loudly yell at each other about printing out receipt orders. At least our food was correct when we received it. Not freaky fast if you are eating inside.
I use to work at a jimmy john in highschool. But at this location The worker was very disrespectful slamming my stuff on the counter. Food was made sloppy. I did try the peppermint dark chocolate cookie and it made me sick. To much peppermint I can’t taste the chocolate.

I have ordered several times from this store for delivery to my place of work. I typically order the slim 3 with provolone cheese and make that specific request for cheese when placing my order. It’s a 50/50 shot if they actually get it right and put the cheese in the slim 3. On top of that they sure don’t forget to charge you for it. How hard is it to put cheese on a sandwich?? The next time I have a craving for a Jimmy John’s sandwich I’ll will be calling a different location. These people at the Concord store just can’t get it right!!
