This place is a joke. We got in at 5:05pm. Their is a wait which is hopeful for a busy place. Waiting for an hour in the lobby which is fine because if you wait the food must be great right? Well in this case wrong. Very wrong. It would have also been nice to be told when we put our name on the wait list that they are missing a lot from the menu. We got seated and waited another 35 minutes. After waiting that long we are told they are out of salad. They were also out of Miller lite Sapporo and after ordering and waiting 15 more minutes we're told they were put of the scallops we ordered. The chief finally showed and up and the one right next to us is cooking an egg for the hibachi rice ( standard) well they were out of that as well. The table next to us got the final eggs apparently. Asked for a manager spoke with two different people so who knows who the manager is. The best they could do is 2 free beers and 10%. We never saw the same waiter come to our table. The best thing I can say about this joke of a restaurant is the chef was nice. But I will definitely be taking our family to a better restaurant that atleaat has the bare minimum. Maybe next time they shouldn't open their doors if the basic eggs and salad aren't in the kitchen.
Here's your HOUR AND HALF wait!!! 2 Servers and 2 cooks on a weekend night!!! More empty tables than there are employees. Sanitation score TANKED in the last two weeks. ENOUGH OF THIS.With the level of ignorance your response entailed below, our family will never be back. You clearly demonstrated why your sanitation score is as low as it is and your understanding of who pays your bills. You can bet I'll share this review with my friends and neighbors.

We had a horrible experience. Our Chef threw our food on our plates the table.WE HAD TO ASK FOR REFILLS ON OUR DRINKS. IT WAS A MESS. IT LOOKED LIKE WE HAD A FOOD FIGHT. WE ASKED FOR A MANAGER . THEY SAID HE WAS OUT AT THE STORE. WE DROVE HOME ABOUT 45 MIN. I THEN CALLED BACK TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER. HE STILL WASN'T AVAILABLE...WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS AND DESERVED TO BE TREATED RIGHT.
We arrived at 6:15pm and waited about 45 minutes to be seated. The chef was great with the kids and everyone at the table. Food was great and there was so much we all took home leftovers. We would go back again.

Via Yelp: Updated review: I wish I could add negative stars. I'm very disappointed and so glad the owner replied. The owner who I asked to speak with over the phone, and in store who she claimed was so busy but I could hear her on the phone "that guy is here..." and it faded off after about 2 mins she came back saying that he was busy after advising me she could call him for me to speak to him. She wouldn't give me anyone's name. When I said I was gonna write a review she basically said I don't care by saying "go write one" as I walked out the door. If I was "yelling" please release your videos to the public and show them me so angry. I'll even pull my phone calls to hear me "yell" on the phone. What will you provide for proof.? I came in there and asked one question "who worked that night she messed it up..." they act like they didn't know who worked there. I even required the other girl and she still act like she didn't remember. It was many worked there to witness my angry behavior. I checked my food on camera to ensure it was right and it came back with even less food and still incorrect. I've attached the photo also. Definitely lost a customer. All I did was tell them the food was wrong and they basically shrugged it off till we became upset. AVOID AT ALL COST! They will make you out to be a fool. Should've recorded it. I'll never eat here again after this experience. Rude. You can reply to a review but I still didn't get the callback she said. Y'all didn't apologize y'all just blamed us and made more food to shut me up. I'm gonna shut up and keep my money. Thank you! It sucks because the lack of care and respect of the employees here vs the chefs are beyond me. I always eat in, at the table of course for the experience. Since it was so late we decided to take it to go. I called my owner in and repeated many times and they even said it back wrong i corrected them in simpler terms and once I get back home to my surprise it wasn't right. Right before Labor Day assuming their closed I called today to explain my experience and the manager on duty told me she basically couldn't help me. All the money I've spent here and your mess up to food we didn't enjoy. I had to call back only to find out the wouldn't take my calls after. Finally I got an answer n asked for the manager. Got a rude lady on the phone who said she works for the manager and she was trying to convince me how it was our fault for it know the dinner menu had to be ordered a certain way. If I'm calling you to tell you what i want why not make that known? Im very disappointed, after going back & forth to bring the food from the trash can in for proof...I've heard it all. She finally agreed after calling her manager who's name & hours is such a secret she didn't wanna tell me how I could contact them n said she couldn't either but later offered a callback as she called her manager. They agreed to make the food correctly this time. If it was up to me I'd do the refund because I never wanna eat here again but I won't complain about the remake as long as it's good. Yes it's mixed reviews across different sites but eventually that pleasant experience they tick you with does seem to become a distant memory. I do not recommend this place at all for take out, go inside or just don't go at all if you don't wanna be next! Hibachi Chicken I shall have to find my love in a new business who cares about its customers vs tryna tell them that they're wrong. I couldn't believe the treatment I was getting just because I was upset with something y'all did and wanna blame me. Take accountability.

What restaurant does not carry artifical sweetener for tea? Anyone? This one. The owner chose not to do to some time ago. Not the only problem. It has customer service issues, that surfaced with the girl at the register condescending telling customers to stop and wait when they were coming in from the heat. They starting falling off in food too, but for the area it's all they have for this kind of Japanese without a drive. All in all it's average for this type of food and service. They do serve a decent amount so you should not go away hungry. Just bring your own artifical sweetener and be sure to complain that this should not be necessary

Hostess & wait staff were not the friendliest and the place was not the fanciest. The hibachi chef was very entertaining & did a great job. The food was very good & the portions were incredibly large. I especially liked that you got fried noodles along with the fried rice. The lobster was fantastic. It was a fun birthday experience for a child in the family.
