Two stars are because the sweet potato fries were delicious. Other than those, food was awful. I had the two hotdog special. The hot dogs were cold and the bun was stale and not toasted. My husband ordered the hamburger. It was so small and looked like something you would receive at a high school cafeteria. With tip this meal was $40 and we left hungry. Me bc I didn't eat the hot dogs and my husband bc the burger was tiny.

I ordered, thinking it was the Gibson Mill location, and walked into pick up; they said, "Oh, this is the Pitt School location only." I called Pit School and told them I was at Gibson Mill, and they said to dispute it on SQUARE! Why couldn't they make my order at the Mill if it is the same owner? Fix it Lawd

A local spot with really kind service and always delicious food. They were knowledgeable about gf options and the kids eat free on Tuesday is a steal! A great family spot supporting local small business. (Order sweet potato fries and dip in honey mustard ??) my guys love the goat burger.Dietary restrictions: Knew ways to accomodate gluten free options.Kid-friendliness: Kids loved the drawing placemats and crayons and like sitting in the outdoor section when the weather is nice.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking was easy and smooth entry all the way in. Moved chair to make table roll up.

Just stopped in for the first time and really enjoyed our late lunch and the hospitality! Our burgers were very good, but the service is what solidified a 5 star rating. Super helpful, polite, and friendly - we will be back next time we're in the area

Had a cheeseburger with a a top cold bun. I could have sent back but have learned that is not always the best thing to do restaurants. Bottom bun was too soggy to pick up so went searching for utensils. I didn't like the little containers for catsup so I took my burger in the basket to the catsup dispenser. Good was meh.

Wow! Im not a bbq girl but love their burgers. My favorite is the turkey burger. We eat at the stand alone location and the mill often, it's great for lunch. The sweet potato fries are the best! We love the workers there, always so kind!!! Nothing fancy but dang good!!

The blonde woman with the spectrum nose piercing who runs it at the front gave us the wrong order which was okay at first because mistakes happen, even though we went over it multiple times beforehand. She gave us wraps instead of the sandwiches that we ordered. I kindly pointed out it was wrong and that my girl and I both ordered sandwiches and she rudely said no we didn't. Even said I had asked for double chicken on my sandwich which clearly wouldn't fit in a wrap. She preceded to get extremely loud at us and told us we were wrong. Once again kindly told her no it was not correct. She started getting really loud and screamed at what seemed like her husband the cook that "NO BABY THEY SAID THEY ORDERED SANDWICHES NOT WRAP AND I KNOW FOR DAMN SURE THEY ORDERED WRAPS". My whole family and I just sitting here in shock how unnecessary this reaction was as she'd try to apologize then we told her it's okay, but we clearly couldn't have ordered wraps if I was doing double chicken since that wouldn't fit and she copped and attitude again. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Will come visit the other establishments here, but will forever avoid this lady and any business she runs. Horrible experience. Wish I could give a negative 5 star review. If you go here make sure you double check your order or you'll be in for a rude encounter. Sad it's a small run business and expect to get return customers being like that. She tried to apologize 20 min later while we were eating and said it was because she's having a bad day. One time I can understand, but she had 3 times to be different and she chose to be disrespectful. The cook even came by later and said he knew he messed up our order since my girl had been there multiple times and he knew her order before we left and he nicely apologized.

We stopped for take out when heading home from a trip. The order was prepared quickly and perfectly. The burgers and fries were so good!!! Plus not many places have a 100 sanitation grade either!!
