great service from aiden!! i was skeptical because of the reviews i saw on him but he was actually very nice and accommodating! my drinks were great!! i love komma tea

My partner and I, we were very disappointed with the experience we had with Aiden. We arrived at around 15 min before the posted closing time of 5:00 PM, and waited about 10 minutes for someone to take our order. Aiden finally approached us only to say they were closed. This was frustrating and felt unprofessional, especially since we were there before closing time. Customer service sucks. My wife was feeling so sad because she loves those bobble teas. We drove 30 min to get it.

Customer service like this is unacceptable and needs improvement.
Note for Aiden: if you don’t like your job please try something else.

The pictures of the items are disceptive, the mango passion tea doesn't come with boba apparently even though it is clearly in the photos. Because the employee didn't acknowledge us or take any orders you are forced to order on a kiosk so you can't ask questions or verify what you're ordering if you haven't been to this place before. When I asked if my item came with boba and referenced the photo he had an attitude and said none of their drinks come with boba even though every photo on their menu has boba. Definitely wouldn't go back

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! This is beyond my favorite boba tea place in Charlotte! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming! They also have a kiosk you can use to order or order ahead with UberEats. The most amazing part about this place; they have sugar adjustments down to 0% sugar and they have milk alternatives (coconut, soy, almond, oat) for all of us sugar free, dairy free people!! This is a huge difference and it’s so rare I can get boba tea due to these 2 things and Komma Tea has both! The quality of ingredients are also very flavorful and delicious! Confidently located beside the aquarium and one is located right across from Burlington! Definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

They should name it the terrible taro tea,taste like flavored milk water, too much ice

I’d give this place less than 1 star if I could. The Thai milk tea was the worst I’ve ever had—it tasted like plain water with a hint of tea. On top of that, the lady working there was rude and had a bad attitude toward customers. I do not recommend this place.

We stopped by to get a quick, refreshing tea. I got the Thai tea off the favorites list and it was amazing! The service was also great and quick.

We ordered iced tea, and it was absolutely amazing. The flavor was rich and authentic—just like freshly brewed hot tea, but perfectly chilled. The bubble-type pearls they added were a great touch and made the drink even more enjoyable. Refreshing, flavorful, and unique. Highly recommend Komma Tea! 🌟🧋

The two girls working tonight around 6:30 were super friendly and helpful! My drink was made very fast and was super tasty :) Highly recommend

love it, yet as a smart consumer, the set up is intimidating from the stand point of.....expectation......from the first look im unsure of the time it would take and the consistency that would be brought forth....i was proven that my assumptions were wrong.....i just wish they had a place that protected the drinks upon pick up more.....other than that....great macaroons!

Customer for the first time: I would like to say that we had a long time wanting to try the drinks of this place, unfortunately we received a bad service, while my husband specified what he wanted in the drink to the girl at the checkout, the boy in the back prepared it and made annoyed gestures for adding something new, when the receipt had not even come out, I don't know why the bad attitude if we paid extra for each specification, then the girl who gave me the drink did it with a bad attitude. The drink I received tasted like water with milk. We won't be back! Thank you!
