Very efficient. Good service & food. Went when the HOT light was in & not disappointed. Staff was very good & knowledgeable. Great late night stop for the sugar fix

Plenty of places to park, close to many food options. Very friendly and quick. A very small Pilot 10 min away. Will definitely pickup and/or deliver any time.

Very unprefessional work place extreme drama and unfair benefits. Highly COVID 19 exposer everyone works within inches of each other as if wearing a mask will prevent the virus from spreading. If you get positive on COVID19 the company will not compensate you while on your corentin unless you can prove you have been fully vaccinated and caught COVID19 afterwards.

Krispy Kreme is everywhere in California but it doesn't taste this good. Staff was super friendly and gave us the donuts right off the conveyer which has to be one of the best donuts we have ever eaten. They also offer ice cream which I believe is unique to krispy kreme. Great donuts great service this location is a winner.

This location is just the factory that mass produces the great Krispy Kreme doughnuts to be delivered to local stores. Also fulfilling orders from corporations and other Krispy Kreme locations to their distribution centers for specific Krispy Kreme products. There are no sales of Krispy Kreme products at this location. You are able to visit the factory for information on ordering Krispy Kreme Fundrising and location walk-thru tours weekdays only.

I really don't like to leave negative reviews but whoa... this was pretty spectacular as far as bad. The doughnuts were good and watching them on the conveyer belt is always fun BUT when it came to service it couldn't have been much worse. We ordered three coffees: one plain, one hazelnut and one iced... we got three completely different coffees... and when I asked for alternative sweetener the lady looked at me like I had two heads. Literally, she had no idea what I meant.. I even gave examples like Stevia, Sweet n Low, Equal... no idea... she had a difficult time figuring out what I meant when I asked about nonfat milk but was finally able to grasp 2%... great, then I opened my coffee after the first mistake of receiving an iced latte with whipped cream all over it and it was still wrong... a hot something with whipped cream all over it. I was very clear that I wanted coffee with 2% milk. I mean, the menu is doughnuts and coffee... I kind of think that they ought to be fairly well versed in coffee but apparently not. While I understand mistakes, the two ladies never apologized or anything. They were rude, like they couldn't be bothered to get it correct. No napkins offered or given, no stirrers, etc. despite the fact that nothing is available to get yourself because of Covid. Honestly, it was pretty awful. When I finally received my coffee, I didn't even want it because my family was through eating and ready to go. What was supposed to be an afternoon treat was a true bummer.

Amazing smell of donuts !

We love Krispy Kreme ! I had no idea they had doughnut milkshakes until this visit ! I took my daughter and her friend - both got vanilla milkshakes. Even though the place was super crowded it didn’t take long to receive our order. We enjoyed watching the hot donuts come off of the rollers . We are so excited to finally have a K.K. in Concord. We always get hot and now at the beach when we go. Now it’s just a short distance from where we live. Clean, quick and oh so yummy! If there is a line at the drive-through which I’m certain there will be it is totally worth the wait !

You know what to expect when you walk in the door and they are just as delicious as always at this new location. Drive in window or walk-in.

These are the best especially when the HOT light is on. Moving done the conveyor getting ready to be packed and taken home by you. Only issue is how slow they are. But that shouldn't stop you.
