Came through to get a dozen original glazed donuts and they were at least a half day old. We also got a dozen assorted and they gave us three of the wrong donut and when we went in to fix it the employee walked out from behind the counter messing with his belt. And one of the glazed raspberry filled was not in fact filled.

I had the most pleasant experience with Dante. I was at the drive through on Veterans Day, and the restaurant was out of something that I wanted. He took his time and made suggestions on alternatives that I could get. He didn't rush me and he made me a drink that ended up being delicious. Good customer service is hard to come by and I really appreciated that.

I just walked out of Krispy Kreme at this Concord location and now I'm sitting in my car and couldn't leave until I wrote this review. I want to take time recognize the Manager DJ, who provided great customer service to me when picking up my mobile order. They were out of a couple of items and he fixed the situation. He went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He did this all with a smile while the store was busy with customers during the morning rush. He was kind, patient and pleasant during our interaction. Thank you DJ and keep up the great work!

The last 7times I’ve been to this location…. between hot sign hours 5-8pm they weren’t HOT . I won’t use this location for future purchases ! It almost makes me not want to purchase doughnuts from Krispy Kreme at all. Yall do this CRAP way too often! If I wanted to microwave doughnuts I would’ve brought them out of the grocery store! What a waste of a trip I should’ve asked for a refund for the false advertisement of hot sign hours!

We got the $20 Ghostbusters donuts and felt a couple were sloppily made. They're still delicious though! However, we ordered 2 different iced coffees, both with caramel, both mediums, they look exactly the same but I'm very sensitive to dairy and my daughter is watching her sugar. So 1 had oat milk and the other had Splenda- they were not labeled in any way and the mouth openings of the lids weren't covered for delivery.
Please label drinks bc of allergies etc and cover the lids for delivery.
We'd like to get from this location again but probably won't do delivery anymore....

Its like the owners of krispy kreme are pushing to get this place closed as soon as possible to get out or they would have someone responsible to run the place, whereas its now run by pre-teens entirely who dont care about anything, even if an order is to be ready for pickup an hour later than the pickup time or having long lines with no one to address. Be ready for a long wait and poor service if you still decide to go here.
Service is utterly a joke. I called "corporate" twice. However that did no good because there was never any follow-up..... I attempted to order 65 3-packs. Instead I was offered to buy the doughnuts by the dozens and they would provide the the boxes to pack my own 3 packs. Be mindful I was requesting them for a week later. Rectlunty I still ordered the doughnuts. Upon pickup on the goods the store was out of bags. Needless to say I had walkout carrying 10 dozen doughnuts without any bags. To top things off the young lady at the counter told me I had to pay for the doughnuts again when she was the one who rung me up. Despite how much I like Krispy Kreme I'll no longer solicit their business for corporate orders again.

Pretty disappointed with my service. Was super happy to pull in and see the hot and ready light was on, paid $25 for 15 cold, rock solid doughnuts. The only reason I even stopped was because the sign was on. I feel like I just wasted my money!

This location is unbelievably disorganized! My prior 3 visits to the drive through have been less than successful with long waits, completely wrong orders and even lost orders. Last night made it 4 of 4 visits. Using the Krispy Kreme app again, placed my dozen order and it told me my order would be ready at 9:13. I arrived at 9:17 via the drive through with ZERO cars in line. No one answers the speaker. Drive to the window and they ask me the name for my order, which I gave. A minute later they return to ask my order name again. Then I see them goofing around, joking with each other, on phones, while now putting my order together. I drive away with my order and open to verify, but half the order was all WRONG. It was like they just decided to make my order whatever they wanted it to be. Doughnuts that I’d never seen before. I ended up having to go inside AGAIN this time. Needs new management!

I just want to know in what world it's acceptable to accept an order for a product you KNOW that you don't have in stock, and just replace the product with something completely different without communicating that to the customer. I don't think it's petty of me to expect to receive the donuts I asked for, especially if I'm spending $20 or more. Communication between staff and customers at this location needs serious improvement.

Bad service and quality of product! I was the only person in the drive thru when I ordered 2 dozen doughnuts. I pulled forward to the pickup window and waited 10 minutes until a girl hesitantly asked me to back up to the other pickup window. Visibly irritated, the girl took my money and acted as though she didn’t want to be there…. Once I got home and opened the doughnuts, one box was fine but one box had doughnuts that were at least a third smaller than they should be! This makes two bad experiences at this store recently so I have no choice but go somewhere else. By the way, this visit was on 9/21/2024 at 1:40pm.
