The doughnut was ok, not what I wanted. They were sold out of the glazed pumpkin doughnuts. I was not greeted at the register nor acknowledge me standing at counter to order. There was 5-6 people there only 1 person said something to me, he was working the drive thru window.

They are always out of everything, especially the promo donuts. Employees never know what they are doing. Go to Shipley's instead. They have fresher donuts with a bigger selection.

The worst Krispy Kreme I've ever been too it's always a mess and and the customer service frankly sucks. I've been to Krispy Kreme all over the USA and I've never seen one so mismanaged.

Every time that we come out here to purchase donuts they don't have anything. And they are zero empathetic about not having a variety. The last two times that we have drove 20 plus minutes they literally look you in your face and say don't have it don't have it don't have it and it's such an inconvenience and it's not the quality of service that I'm used to from Krispy Kreme. I can see once in a while, but this has been three times in a row that they don't have a variety that they have listed.

We went through the drive through just before 3PM on a Saturday, the drink machine was down and they were out of everything but glazed. We went here for the dozen glazed box deal but was being told the total was $18-20 when the deal should have been $2-3 for the glazed dozen. Management may need some assistance on keeping the magic alive of experiencing Krispy Kreme, we were really disappointed from this visit.

Terrible service, there were 3 cars in line nothing crazy on the inside. All 3 cars left because no one came over the drive through speaker. After about 20 minutes I rolled up to the window. The worker was standing there and didn’t even look my direction so we left.
Absolutely terrible experience! The young girl has an attitude problem for starters. 1:30 in the afternoon on a Friday and you only have 3 types of doughnuts to choose from. NEVER have I had someone tell me I can’t get the specialty doughnuts with the B1G1 Free dozen coupon before today. I’ve had to pay a little extra for them but, never had an issue before now! She acted annoyed when I asked her any questions. Didn’t even offer me the receipt. She needs a lesson in basic customer service. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Salisbury store knows how to treat people

The aren't terrible, the donuts themselves taste as good as other locations, but they are not super focused on customer service/satisfaction. I once had a gift card refuse to work and they just told me too bad even after I showed them the activation slip. And they are always out of half the flavors, especially any specialty or filled ones.

Mobile ordering was pointless. They didn't prepare anything beforehand and they had you come stand in the same line with everyone ordering in-store.

Only had a few types of doughnuts, drive thru gentleman that took my order was hard to understand and rude. Didn't even let me order before he told me have a nice day. After sitting in line forever, I wasn't leaving without ordering something. I've never had a drive thru person pretty much tell me to be on my way.
