What I experienced at this place was completely unprofessional. The person who took my order didn’t ever order it correctly so I had to make 2 orders. He was very childish and rude. Blonde and buzzed cut. Gave me attitude and a smirk when he was in the wrong. Looked like only 1 person was working and it wasn’t even the manager. She was standing in the parking lot with another coworker. There was only one guy truly working who was very respectful, I felt really bad for what he had to work with. I couldn’t even tell you names because no one was wearing a name tag. I wouldn’t even waste your money on this place 🥴

Called in order 45 minutes ago and went to pick it up and was told another 45 minute wait time. Don't you think that should have been told to us when we order and not when we showed up to pick it up ? Then laugh about it like it's funny ...... Nothing funny when you have little ones waiting to eat and get disappointed because you couldn't produce the order or at least stay we have alot orders and will be extra long wait time......

I came in today and this place was CLEAN! Even the new staff was clean looking. Honestly- cleanest it’s ever been. I hope this isn’t a fluke! I stopped ordering because how filthy it was in here in the past. Gave it another chance and I’m in shock. Whoever is responsible for cleaning up- well DONE!

Taylor threw out my already paid for order on Christmas Eve because he “wanted to get out of there”. Both Taylor and Gabbie then refused to sell me the pizzas they still had on hand(probably taking home free food). Everything was closed and I was leaving to go out of town in the morning so had nothing I’m in the house. Both employees were extremely rude.

Had my order thrown in the garbage by Taylor and Gabbie on Christmas Eve because they “wanted to get out of there”. But they didn’t throw out the orders still in the case which they also refused to sell me. Taylor L is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in any retail store or restaurant.
