This was my first and last time going here. I ordered the classic pepperoni pizza and order of wood fired wings. There was a young girl there trying to cook the orders by herself and then the other woman came in. We waited almost 30 minutes. The pizza was burnt on top and bottom. The wings were not tasty either. I know when she boxed it up she had to see it was burnt. My husband spoke to her to let her know and she offered to make another one. He said it was ok but we just didn’t want to wait another half hour.

The food is amazing but trust it’s the slowest place on earth but don’t you worry they’ll taste pretty good but you know what’s worse how gosh darn long it takes for them to cook my gosh darn pizza! I don’t like you very much lives pizzaria but the food is top notch just like top notch golfing.
Party People In the House
I am unhappy. I sat in mr livies pizzeria for a total of 103 minutes today before i got my pizza box. I was keeping an eye on mr livies workers today and i noticed that they were very slow. I also saw one of them almost put my pizza in the fire oven. I had to bring my pizza in the car with me because they took so long. But that wouldn’t happen if they could cook a little faster. Pick up the pace please and thank you. I appreciate it very much

Burnt 2 pizzas. Guess 3rd time was charm. Was told oven was too hot. Waited 30 min for 1 12” pizza and cheese triangles. Pizza was only warm when it came and is so-so at best.

This is mainly on the food. Got 2 pizzas and both were under cooked, dough still raw. While I do understand they just opened the fire should've been started well before they open not when they open. Right now your better off going to the grocery store to buy a frozen pizza which would honestly taste better. While the vibe of Gibson Mill is cool but from what Tik Tok made it sound was more of a paid influencer to get people to come.

We had a short visit to NC (Concord/Charlotte area). Our kids said this place had good pizza, Livy's Pizzeria in the Gibson Mill Market. They said the crust is usually thinner and there was a lot more cheese this go. It was tasty.
I was raised on the world famous a NY/ NJ pizza. Livy’s at Gibson Mill is the real deal. Numerous people recommended Livy’s and they were right. Service fast and staff very pleasant. Pizza was “out of this world” delicious. We ll be back many times in the future
Used to be our go-to spot. Something changed. I’ve given them a few chances since but it’s the same disappointing pizza now each time. Crust used to be high and airy with a good taste as Neapolitan should be. Now it’s flat and bland. Quality has missed the last few times. Pizzas have been burnt, way over-cheesed, way under-cheese… cost-cutting? New management? Whatever the case may be, it is hurting the business from the standpoint of the customer. Bring back the way you used to make your pizza when you opened!!

It’s crazy how far this place has fallen. It used to be the star of Gibson Mill, but ever since they had a change in management nothing has been as good. The pizza has way too much cheese, ingredients seem to be worse than before, also the employees aren’t as nice. The guy in the kitchen today was wearing slides with some crusty looking socks. While we stood for 5 minutes just trying to be acknowledged, 2 separate people came up to complain about how long the food had taken.
