I can't see how this place only gets 2 1/2 stars. We ate there twice and our food was great and service was excellent. I have zero complaints!!

Took over an hour to get appetizers and another 20-30 min to get our meals. When the entrees were delivered we were missing one persons entree and took an additional hour to get her food. Server had an attitude the whole time. The only saving grace for 1 star was the manager was very nice and accommodating. The cheese burger was okay and the prime rib was decent but the wait for the food and service was very subpar for the price.

While having a nice dinner location onsite is wonderful, this was a miss. For the price, not worth it - the current 2.5 stands! The 2 hostesses were lovely and at our request, sat us close to the water park view. Our server was great! She even comped the light up cups of water for our 2 kids. The kids cheeseburger was edible but overly chared giving off a burnt taste. Our Steak Frits were ordered at a medium and came out well done. Hate to be picky, but when you’re paying for a resort experience, the food should be equivalent.

I have no idea why people are hating on this restaurant… it was absolutely delicious. Cocktails were yummy, great selection of food - we loved the Cobb salad, Mac & cheese, bolognese, steak, nachos, and artichoke dinner. Everything was fresh and delicious… excellent portion sizes too. The service was the cherry on top - very friendly and engaged with the children too.

Food was awful for the price. Just bland reheated dishes. Service was marginal. Do not order the chili lime chicken bowl, it was like gruel with boiled chicken on top.

Server was accommodating. Food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time. A bit egregious for the menu to say the kid's entrees come with fruit and receive a single slice of orange and two very dry carrots, but everything else was great. It's definitely overpriced, but it was not unexpected. It can even be a nice spot to do some people watching. Overall exceeded my expectations having read other reviews prior.
My husband and I waited 20 minutes for someone to come greet us. No one ever came but as we were leaving the server went to our table and grabbed our menus.
Don’t waste your time or money at this restaurant. Do yourself a favor and visit a nearby restaurant or bring your food. The “Hungry as a Wolf” pizza is so much better and worth the value if you’re looking to eat at the lodge.
Long wait time, overpriced, service so-so.
Service was very slow….asked for blue cheese on the side and it was all in the salad…food was bland…too expensive to be so blah. It was my granddaughter’s birthday dinner and she ended up crying because her food was so bad. If it hadn’t been snowing we would have opted for an outside restaurant. On a positive note they did give her a dessert free for her birthday.

Not worth the money! Too expensive for microwaved pasta! Tastes ok, just disappointed in a $22 plate worth of chicken fettuccine that was actually with spaghetti noodles.

Slow service, waited a long time for four meals. The food was edible but that’s about it. Way too expensive for poor service and mediocre food. Save yourself time and money, and leave the resort to get food.

Waited a hour for food .When we got it, It was worth the wait. Fire cracker chicken and the Fire Cracker Shrimp . First time going so didn’t think we would have to wait that long . I guess this is the norm .

I definitely understand the reviews that I read on here. However, we had an overall good experience. The atmosphere is great. The drinks were great. Service was also, absolutely great. Our server Te’Liyah was as friendly as she was I top of everything. The only complaint are the fries, they were an absolute oily mess. They didn’t taste like fries, they tasted like the oil they were cooked in. We have been before when it was much busier and had to wait much longer. It all most likely up to how busy they are. The food isn’t worth the price, but it all designed to be all inclusive, so they are gonna jack those prices up a bit.

The staff was friendly but the food was garbage. Soggy fries, sides dripping in oil. Beer from a spoiled keg.
