Mac's Speed Shop

First time trying Mac's. I had the chopped bbq with okra and baked beans and it was all good. Food service was good, was much of a crowd being a Sunday. The food was fast and the seasoned just right very different than any other bbq I ever had. I highly recommend if you like bbd and a different flavorful taste.

We occasionally come from Winston to go to Concord Mills. This is our go to place in the evenings once we are finished shopping. Great service and some of the best BBQ we've eaten. This is one of the first restaurants we've been to multiple times that the food is consistently great and we have great servers each time! Thanks Mac's!

For a place that specializes in mac & cheese, I was surprised that the mac & cheese wasn’t very good. I’ve been there three times, and each time they were out of items. The customer service is inconsistent—it’s not bad, and the servers aren’t rude, but they don’t keep up with your table and can take a long time to greet you. Even with a larger bill, I expected more attention. I wouldn’t recommend going here as it is, though I might consider it if the service improved and they weren’t constantly out of menu items.

I had the Club Sandwich w/ fries and I really enjoyed it. The sandwich was a proper Club with all the proper ingredients accept for... The third, middle piece of bread. I had the fries as well and it was very tasty.
The servers were busy, probably due to being understaffed, but our server was as attentive and graceful as she could be.
I would visit again... An try something different and explore the menu.

Absolutely loved the ambiance when I walked in. It fits the name and culture of the restaurant. The hostess was beautifully friendly and was so knowledgeable about the menu that I already knew what I wanted before seeing the menu. Our waitress was equally wonderful and convinced me to have the fried okra on the side as opposed to French fries. Now that's hard to do!!! And the Bison Burger....OH MY GOODNESS!!! It was perfectly cooked and perfectly proportioned to compliment the fixings and the bun. The overeasy egg made the burger go over the top. And the egg roll apple pie with the ice cream was AWESOME 👌..... Will be back when I finish training for my bodybuilding competition on Nov 8th!! Matter of fact, I'll be there on November 10th....

I will start by saying the service and atmosphere of the restaurant was excellent. However, we got multiple different items at our table and all of it was very subpar and extremely cold. The portions were also pretty small, especially compared to the price. Worst part was as we were getting up to leave a giant cockroach ran out from under our booth. All things considered I won’t be returning

Rico was such a great server. I was experiencing grief from losing a family member and he went out of his way to give me a card and dessert. I couldn’t have had a better person taking care of my husband and I!

My wife and I walk in, no one greets us for over 5 minutes. We decide to go to the bar, and the bar tender is MIA. Service sucks. We walked out.
