Great tasting BBQ which you may find a bit pricy, especially if you are feeding a crowd. Smoked Brisket is $28.00 per pound. Just seemed a bit high. Everyone liked it and asked where it came from. Enjoy your new customers!

Asked for a burger med rare got uncooked meat I mean this was a new special on a Sat Memorial Day weekend.. bar tender was never to be found and it wasn't even swamped.. I ve been to one other location but damn this was horrible! Not a fan wouldn't suggest

While I RARELY ever take the time to write a review. I will say that this is some of the worst service I have ever received in a restaurant. We placed a takeout order this evening, and were notified that our food was ready at 8:40pm. We walked in (early) and notified the hostess of our arrival. We waited THIRTY minutes for our order, during which time we counted five additional people waiting for takeout orders. A gentleman next to me told me he hadn’t paid yet, would not be waiting any longer and left. We kindly prompted the hostess multiple times to check on the status of our order; she was dismissive and rude- never once going to check on our request. There were also no staff at the takeout desk for us to speak with. We did not leave with our order until 9:10pm (which was cold)! Needless to say, we will not be ordering again!!

The most amazing BBQ ever and I've lived in Texas, Kentucky, and Georgia.

There were six in our party, one of whom had clingfilm in their dinner. Other food was mediocre at best and the sauces very watery. Spent less at other restaurants for a much better meal. Service was quite slow and we ordered 2 lots of nachos to start but they only brought one and had to ask again. Wouldn’t go back.

In town from New Hampshire; Absolutely stellar food, atmosphere was top notch, the best BBQ I've had in a very long time!!

Logan is the only constantly good thing about this place. It seems like a revolving door of managers and staff, but she's always there to give us great service. Sit at the bar with her if you want to be taken care of. Food quality has definitely gone down over the years, but we still swing in for the mac and cheese and some beers.

Tuesday evening, 7pm, party of 7 in town for business. Not a busy night. Once seated we waited 20 minutes just to place a drink order. After 45 minutes they were still working on that and we hadn't placed our food order. Menu and atmosphere was cool, but we paid our drink tab and left to go elsewhere. Waitress was oblivious. I've never experienced anything like this before.

I will never be coming back to this restaurant I was there last month and the manger was extremely rude to us. The waiter was nice though. When you order water it’s really horrible tap water. I’ve been multiple times and the water is always really bad. I ordered a burger at medium rare and basically completely burnt and inedible I didn’t say anything so I didn’t make a scene but it seems this restaurant really needs better kitchen staff and a new manager. The food is really mediocre and drinks are not great at all. I suggest everyone to skip this restaurant and go to BJ’s or Bonefish, you will have a 10/10 experience at these restaurants at the concord mills mall area.

I would not recommend coming on a Tuesday evening. Our dinner was subpar, and the service was mediocre. I had ordered the brisket nachos with no beans, my meal came with beans. I had to waive the server down about my order, it returned with remnants of beans. We had to even gain our servers attention to get refills because she didn’t check on us. It wasn’t busy, her section barely had people in it. Our experience didn’t last long.

Service? What service? Got burger, fries, 2 teas & bowl . Fries totaled 11 individual fries all less than 1/3 inch crisp which took 3 bites. Only 1 other table in building being served but took 28 to put in order and receive food . Time at table=45 mins for 1 refill. never again
