First time trying Mac's. I had the chopped bbq with okra and baked beans and it was all good. Food service was good, was much of a crowd being a Sunday. The food was fast and the seasoned just right very different than any other bbq I ever had. I highly recommend if you like bbd and a different flavorful taste.

We occasionally come from Winston to go to Concord Mills. This is our go to place in the evenings once we are finished shopping. Great service and some of the best BBQ we've eaten. This is one of the first restaurants we've been to multiple times that the food is consistently great and we have great servers each time! Thanks Mac's!

For a place that specializes in mac & cheese, I was surprised that the mac & cheese wasn’t very good. I’ve been there three times, and each time they were out of items. The customer service is inconsistent—it’s not bad, and the servers aren’t rude, but they don’t keep up with your table and can take a long time to greet you. Even with a larger bill, I expected more attention. I wouldn’t recommend going here as it is, though I might consider it if the service...
