Food was wonderful and delicious, probably one of the best biscuits I’ve had at a standing order business. Coffee was a little lack luster. Only con I have is it’s a little costly here. To a point I’d rather to go to another sit in brunch restaurant for more food for about the same cost. They sure did kill it though, it was a lovely experience.

Use to love this place but now every time I order delivery it’s always something…..causing the food to be delayed! Food delivered hours later and cold. Multiple drivers waiting then having to drop the order. I’m assuming due to Maple Street being slow! Don’t accept online orders if you can’t handle it!

Stopped in on the way home from a trip. Saw stuffed French toast pics on the reviews but they didn't have that on the menu. :(
Was disappointed but got a maple chicken biscuit, instead. It was amazing! Best chicken I have ever had. Great service and atmosphere, also! 👍🏼👍🏼

My husband enjoyed his waffles. My food was just okay and lukewarm. I don’t need to go back.

The food was delicious! The chicken was surprisingly seasoned well. The grits were okay, but overall, the food was good.

I had a terrible experience at Maple Street Biscuit and won’t be coming back. First, the service was awful—Sally was extremely rude and dismissive when I had a question about my order. I understand it’s a self-service restaurant, but basic customer service should still be a priority. Then, when I finally got my food, the chicken was raw in the middle—completely unacceptable and a major health risk. On top of that, the restaurant wasn’t clean. There was a horrible smell coming from the trash, and when I looked, I saw rotten oranges piled up, probably from the orange juice. Between the rude service, unsafe food, and lack of cleanliness, this place is not worth the visit.

I asked for scrambled eggs, got fried. Bacon was burnt so bad it was black. The gravy for the biscuits was so spicy it was unedible. I like spicy, but this was ridiculous. I asked to change it to biscuits with jam, and instead of 2 biscuits I got 1. So how long did you recycle the gravy? I bet it was several days old. Needs much better management.
Wonderful service. Heavenly biscuits. Tasty coffee.

I ordered the sausage, cheese and egg biscuit to go and was disappointed. The biscuit fell apart in my hands and it didn't have any flavor. I like the one at McDonald's better. Coffee was good, nothing special though. The employees are very nice though so I gave an extra star for that. This was my first time here so maybe their other offerings are what brings the crowd in.

Food was not worth the price being cold and overcooked.
