McAlister's Deli

Very helpful and friendly customer service. He was very polite and made his best attempt to upsell items on the menu of which stood behind very firmly ( awesome peach cheesecake). Delicious he stated. Nice young man.

Thanks to T- Mobile and McAlister's coordination, I was able to get a great meal !!!!! The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.... Will go back again!!! 🔥

I haven't been to McAlisters in awhile, but I won't be back. The quality has dropped way down. I did a half Caesars salad and half spud. Not sure why a hot/warm item would be placed with a cold item salad. But it was horrible. The lettuce was brown and not edible. The spud was hard and not really baked through. I honestly could've done better at home.

This location does not represent the quality of the food. Nothing was a good temperature, and the food was plated terribly. The potato looked like it had been smashed before I got it (see photo). If the food is going to be this expensive, the quality needs to be better. Go to a different location!

Food was less than average and I don’t feel like I got what I paid for. They were very stingy on the meat on my sandwiches and I was given no dressing with my salad. I showed up for my mobile order and had to wait an additional 10 minutes before it was ready. Not the best experience.

Consistency in the quality and flavor of their sandwiches have been lacking here for the last couple of years. Usually short-handed even placing an order online. You have to wait for someone to get your food since they no longer put it on the shelf. And today they were out of ice. So warm tea for lunch. Yum!

waited 20 minutes for a mobile order that i placed ahead of time despite the store being empty.. upon pickup none of my items were correct and the fruit cup was like 1/3 full 🙁 sweet tea was good at least

Food is pretty good, service is ok. Prices keep people away, and someone clean the floor in the little office area or close the door…it’s so nasty!!!!!

I wish they still had their Muffaletta sandwich!

I’m a bit disappointed with the service at McAlister’s. The lady in front of us at the register had dropped her cup on the ground and asked for a new one. The worker, TJ, was very rude about it and said “well, it didn’t touch the inside of the cup, did it?” Not great customer service. When our food was brought us, we told the food runner that there wasn’t any soap in the women’s bathroom and she responded with “yeah… we’ve been out and are working on it.” Hopefully they have soap in the kitchen for the employees to wash their hands. The food was good, service was bad. Wouldn’t come back unless they restock soap and the employees fix their attitudes.
