If I could leave 0 stars, I definitely would. The employees here were so rude and not welcoming at all. We ordered some coffee and the girl making them said loudly “we aren’t Starbucks”, like if you have it on your menu, you make it and don’t complain about it. I’ve ordered the same coffee at different McDonald’s and they make it with no fuss and they make it right. This McDonald’s got the whole coffee orders wrong and complained about it, when they presented our order the lady was very rude and didn’t say anything to us even though we said thank you. The hamburger we ordered for my son was hard. The only thing good about this place was the fact that it was clean. Guess we caught them on a bad day..

Mandatory kiosk orders are annoying when trying to eat inside. Just shut the dining room down and go back to only drive thru if you don't want to pay someone to take orders like everywhere else... even Taco Bell will actually take your order if you don't want to or can't use those filthy kiosks.. imagine how much bacteria is on them! Gross

McDonald's is find for fast I don't know what people are expecting these people work very hard for very little money yes they may get short with you yes they may make your order wrong but most of the time it's okay and it's edible and it's expensive because it's the company it's a billion dollar company you're paying the billionaires the people that work at the windows people that work at the counter they're not millionaires they're just everyday people trying to make a living I hate people to trash people that work at fast food restaurants if they don't deserve it now there are some mean people everywhere I've even met them inexpensive restaurants so be careful when you knock people that just work for minimum wage because they are struggling just like all of us are in this economy and the rich are the ones that are never struggling have a kind word for someone that works hard met these people prosper in their everyday life and may they be able to feed their children and their families and still put a roof over their heads

The staff would not take my order! Some lady shouted from the kitchen area “use the thing” and gestured to the kiosk. I was the only one in the lobby at the time, so they weren’t that busy. I’m not sure if I would call the staff lazy or incompetent. But, they are certainly rude.By the way, I was never provided a receipt. Which we all know is a violation of N.C. § 58-70-70 - Receipt requirement.

I don't normally write reviews but I was shocked at what happened at this establishment. There was 2 employees that physically assaulted an elderly as the elder man made his way out the store. Worst part is everyone on the clock came outside watched then bragged about it. The manager didn't even attempted to stop the assault. This happened around 7pm 16th of Jan 2024.

It’s the way customers are treated. Come in first of 5 customers but last to leave because employees don’t want to serve or take orders. Everything that can be ordered does not appear on the kiosk. It was so bad that another customer said “Wow, they must not like ya’ll”.Parking: Plenty.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
