You have a 1 in 20 chance of getting your order right at this location, been going there for years and nothing changes. I don't know if they are in such a hurry they always leave out items or they just don't employ competent people. Check your order for accuracy and be ready to go inside time and time again to get whatever they left out this time....

I come here all the time bc it’s the closest to my house, but y’all’s drive thru employees are so freaking rude. I’ve worked fast food myself and retail and been in management and also cashier and I’ve always been told how important customer service is but I guess McDonald’s does not care bc they hire the rudest people. When I say thank you and you roll your eyes and don’t even make eye contact with me is the most rudest thing ever. Like did your parents not teach you manners or are you taking your life’s problems out on me?? If you don’t like ur job then please find another one. And bad thing is it seems like the management is also rude and are part of the problem.

I want you guys to know I am a regular here. I come here almost every day and I mean almost every day and for some reason I ordered a chicken sandwich last night, and my chicken sandwich was not in the bag. This isn’t the first time this has happened where they haven’t put my stuff in the bag I keep trying to call them and they don’t answer honestly do better answer y’all‘s phones and do better cause I’m trying to get a refund on something that I didn’t get because y’all didn’t give it to me and it’s on the app my receipt that I ordered that but I didn’t get it also, when I called last night originally to tell them about what was going on, they told me to go through the app and that’s how I could get my refund when I went through the app you cannot refund through the app. You have to do it in store. I will be down there soon today but honestly ridiculous my whole order only consisted of fries and a chicken sandwich and the fact that y’all forgot a chicken sandwich honestly beyond me. Do better!

Where's McDonald's I have ever gone to had to wait over an hour only to be told by them working manager that they already handed out my food and I don't see how that was when it was a curbside order and we've been waiting outside for over an hour to get our food will never come back

I tried to order through drive through the woman cut me off then got upset when I didn't pull forward I explained my order wasn't finished. I ordered a hot latte with a biscuit and gravy and when I pulled up to the window it was wrong she added an ice latte. The lady at the second window fixed it and I paid pulled forward to hear the woman screaming she better now change it again cause I ain't making it. She's lucky I don't spit in it. I told the lady who came to the window to refund my order. I work in customer service I understand things get frustrated especially during the morning rush but this was completely uncalled for.
