My diet coke tastes like there is perfume in it. When I told my fiance, he said the lady in the drive thru smelled so strong of perfume, I don't know if she sprayed herself near the food and drinks, but it's pretty gross and unsanitary.

Explain to me how a business thinks it's ok to run day to day operations with rudeness and ineptitude. The drive through experience here is always a headache. But the rude behavior by the staff has become unbearable. Bring cut off while ordering multiple times asking me if I'm done ordering.... I'm still talking and the staff is trying to stop me because they're annoyed to be there? Do better. Your managers should be handling this. There's no way I'd let me stand talk to or treat customers the way it constantly happens at this location. It's embarrassing.

Worst customer service I've experienced at a McDonald's. You aren't taking peoples orders so why be so miserable when someone asks for something? I asked for napkins and instead of handing them to me they we set 10 feet away from me while.i stood there waiting for them. Napkins, lids, straws nothing was stocked. Not one worker spoke to us politely, they were all very rude. Terrible experience. The same lady that set the napkins away from me ignored my husband for 10 mins so I had to go up there to even get them. I could have spent our $30 at a better restaurant and been treated as a customer and will do so nect time.
