Employees were rude. Got pulled for fries but others behind me had no issue getting food. When I received my food I only got one fry even though I ordered two. If you’re gonna pull people at least have the order correct. No sauce or straws were in my bag either. The service was so terrible I didn’t even bother to get my other fry I just left. Fry was cold too so not sure why I was pulled

I have never had a good experience here. Every time I come here, they mess up my order, the last time an employee and a customer almost got in a fist fight, every time we wait 30-40 minutes for our order and it is wrong or missing things every single time, tonight being no exception. I’m sick, exhausted. And I wanted to get my dinner and go home. Now I do not have my food for dinner after waiting 35 minutes. This place is nothing but a disappointment.

I ordered a Big Mac it came with no meat just the buns and sauce

Absolutely Rude, and terrible customer service. This bigger lady with freckles ignored me for 20 minutes despite there being no line. Kept trying to get her attention and she continued to ignore me. Then when giving me my fries, poured the fries in the BAG instead of the box. Absolutely terrible. Manager was called and did nothing to fix it, instead another employee a gentleman offered to help OVER THE MANAGER. This occurred on 10/17/2025.

It is McDonald's and I knew exactly what U wanted. I ordered and parts for it. Received it fast and friendly sercice. No problems
