I come here bc my daughter likes the Happy Meal. I always do drive-thru. Sometimes you can't hear the person on the speaker so I try to make sure my order is correct on the screen. It usually is. The drive-thru employees are usually very nice, and no matter what time I have gone, there are maybe one or two cars so no wait. The problem is every other time my food is incorrect. Often I am missing food so they consistently steal money from me. That is very frustrating. I know the screen they are reading is correct, but I don't get my food so there is a problem that needs to be corrected.

The store hours are listed wrong on nearly every site. Doordash orders start at 4:30a but the store opens at 5am and it's rare that the team is ready to start an order before 5:10am.

Please don't do your dashers wrong, because this has been reported regularly with no solution.

I had a pickup for doordash, when I walked in, 5 gentleman were ordering and received their food before I was even acknowledged for the order that was placed BEFORE i even got there...TRASH...yall can do better

If you go here make sure to check your food then tried to give me the wrong order. Then made wait 10 minutes to only bring me the right biscuit but not what I ordered on it.

Employees should not leave customers standing at the register to pick up an online order for 5 min. ESPECIALLY if multiple employees walk past said customer without saying a word, also made eye contact with a few other employees working making coffee and packing bags. They just looked away. 5 min, multiple chances for employees to interact with the customer...... Not even have you ordered, not have you been helped, not good morning, Not even we have a customer at the register which is the least you could do let somebody know that a customer is standing there. I don't know maybe I'm wrong, just my opinion.

October 23 2024, I went though drive thru at approximately 11:45 am. I made a my rewards order so you have to wait for a code to appear. A gentleman with an Indian sounding accent was terribly rude and rushed me to make my order. As doing so I wanted a sprite as my drink. He yelled and said “WE DON’T HAVE SPRITE” !!!!! I asked him was he having a bad day. Said God bless you and drive off. My money will be spent at a restaurant that appreciates my business.

Had 3 different orders and cashier only rang up 1 order. But got the right amount of drinks. We had to share our food cz we are slammed with work today. And our drinks are watered down.

My family and I go to this McDonald’s every weekend, and I just want to say that Thomas makes the trip worth it. All of the workers here are so nice and our food is always fresh! This is our favorite McDonald’s- even though it’s out of our way. It’s worth the extra drive for the better service and better food!

We ordered are food on the kios and paid up front. Thomas was very rude to the customers in front of us. He was blaming the customers for his mistakes. He was just really rude if he doesn’t want to be nice and polite to the customers he don’t need to be working up front. I get it you get complicated customers sometimes but we where being polite and respectful he was just rude
