Employees should not leave customers standing at the register to pick up an online order for 5 min. ESPECIALLY if multiple employees walk past said customer without saying a word, also made eye contact with a few other employees working making coffee and packing bags. They just looked away. 5 min, multiple chances for employees to interact with the customer...... Not even have you ordered, not have you been helped, not good morning, Not even we have a customer at the register...

My family and I go to this McDonald’s every weekend, and I just want to say that Thomas makes the trip worth it. All of the workers here are so nice and our food is always fresh! This is our favorite McDonald’s- even though it’s out of our way. It’s worth the extra drive for the better service and better food!

Stopped through here on my trip this morning and did inside service since I didn’t feel like eating in the car. They brought my food to me even though I didn’t request it, so that part was amazing. They were fairly quick maybe 5-6 minutes to get our order, which was a bit ridiculous for 6am. Also, no more self-serve drink fountains??? Come on McDonald’s.
