Why do I always have to pull around to the front of the store and wait for a drive thru order??That defeats the purpose of a drive thru.

This McDonald aways does the same they say they are 24 hrs but anytime you order after 3am they say the same excuse system is down , horrible service

Husband and I placed two mobile orders in the app. So we could each get free medium fries with our purchases. We both got combo meals so we should’ve have 4 medium fries altogether (we freeze them to reheat when we want). We only had 3 so we asked the employee for our 4th fry and she was refusing. She said my receipt that printed that they go by only had 1 medium fry on it. I showed her my order in the app and that it showed I ordered the combo meal plus 1 extra fry. She was being so rude and finally gave it to me, not because she had good customer service but bc she said I was holding up the line. Ofc I’m gonna hold up the line for food I ordered. I’ve worked food service/retail my whole life including mcds so I know just giving me the fries wouldn’t hurt her job or the business.

This is one of the best McDonald’s in the Charlotte/Concord area. The staff are generally friendly, the restaurant is kept clean every time I’ve visited so far, and the food is great compared to other locations. There may be a few hiccups, but that’s kind of expected whenever you visit a certain restaurant often. Overall, I’d rate them to be the best McD’s
