Went to grab a bagel this morning as we walked there was literally 7 or 8 people crowded at the front. Not one person spoke to us with it being our first time there that would have been nice instead they smirked like we shouldn’t have been there. Bagel was over priced but if the staff would have been pleasant and not rude prices wouldn’t have mattered.

I'm new to the area of Concord from originally long Island ny. Today was the first and last time here. They definitely have the ny rudeness and pricing down. $23 for 2 breakfast sandwiches. After I put my order in i asked the girl to have the cook add salt pepper and hotsauce on my sandwich and her response was there's salt pepper and hotsauce over there that you can add. Horrible.

Being newly transplanted from NJ to Concord I was excited to see we had a local bagel shop that made Taylor Ham Egg & Cheese Sandwiches, until I tried one from Mike’s.
I ordered a TEC on a roll, I was asked if I’d like the roll toasted and I said yes. My sandwich came out, the roll was not toasted and was deeply disappointed it only had 2 slices of Taylor Ham, a mediocre cooked scrambled egg and way more bread than sandwich. For $9, there should be at least 4 slices of Taylor Ham & 2 eggs for this price. You can do better than that Mike, for NINE DOLLARS that is unacceptable. I guess my Taylor Ham fix can wait for visits back home.

The food is really good but the pricing is madness and the customer service is pretty lackluster. If you want to bring in regulars, you have to treat everyone like a regular. I understand teenagers this day and age hate speaking to anyone other than the other teenagers they work with but that’s not an excuse? Like hello? ? be grateful to have a job. Unsure why the owner allows them to be this way.

Food was good but very pricey. What really turned me off was a charge of .68 cents for butter on my breakfast sandwich??? They said they “always charge for butter”. Nobody does that !!! I guess they assumed no one would notice. Based on this alone I will never eat there and cannot recommend.

Regular Sunday morning breakfast stop. Absolutely love the bagels and bialys. Lunch menus looks fantastic, but haven’t been willing to branch off from my got to bacon egg and cheese. All the muffins are delicious and great coffee. I usually pick up breakfast while my wife is waiting at home and they get me in and out so quickly no matter how busy they are, which is usually pretty crowded on weekends

They’re good. But they are outrageously priced. I’ve gotten bacon egg and cheese and pork roll egg and cheese. For 9.99 I expect more than a slice of pork roll or 2 slices of bacon. This is all egg.

It was our first time at Mikes, service was good and the food was amazing! PB&J, the old man and the uptown funk were all on point! I got the NY attitude and vibe from the moment I walked in. 10/10 would recommend!!!!
