Went in for a simple order. First off we were approached with rudeness from the African American girl fixing the food. Then the 4 ft, probably 12 year old girl with box dye hair and a bowl cut rang us up. We had $10 off, after paying the total shot back up and the reward was removed. She noticed and rolled her eyes, then proceeded to go on her phone which who I am assuming is the manager. 15 mins later my food still sat on the counter getting cold. I alerted her the money had been taken from the bank it wasn’t a big deal we were just hungry and ready to eat. She proceeded to yell “I KNOW” in my face twice before sticking the phone back to her ear. After getting off the phone she shoved my food at me, cold and stormed off. This is honestly the worst service I have ever experienced anywhere. Given the previous reviews though I see these two working here are a huge problem.

We just at here. The one serve was rude and the other one wasn’t paying attention because I had to give my order multiple times. But the bathroom was what awful. The women’s bathroom had a toilet that had over flowed. Instead of cleaning it up, they left the dirty water puddled all in the floor. They put an out of order sign on the door and a wet foot sign on the floor. The roof was falling apart and the wall had a hole in it. The place is just dirty.

Slow and stingy, they were about to close and there was an abundant amount of food left, AND we were the ONLY ONES THERE these ladies gave HALF SCOPES of EVERYTHING!!!!! Don’t waste your time or money they moved SLOW and everything looks and tastes reheated (Chipotle is Down the street) 😁

The rice was 95% of the bowl and it was overcooked, clumpy and sticky. I spent $24 just to get it delivered and when i try to call the restaurant i get no answer. Bad service and inconsistent with food quality. Will no longer be eating here again.

So I would like to start of by saying the service overall was not bad but that was due to one employee there is a younger black lady that works there at night. This happened to be Halloween night. We were headed back from trick-or-treating and we chose over chipotle, My Family out voted me. I haven’t ate here in years I forgot what you serve but I remembered the Queso was really good . So my wife proceeds the order for the family and then the mix of that there was a male employee there younger and he was more causing problems than fixing it. There was a older lady there who I’m going to assume was the shift leader she was not Delegating anything if she was but the young lady I spoke about earlier was clearly the one in charge taking over making sure customers were taken care of. But in the mix of all that when I’ve gotten food prepared, I forgot about the queso ??♂️. i say all this to say is to say that if everyone had the drive to take care of the customer that late in the night closing up soon ready to go home she took care of the line of people in the store. The other lady was nice as well just no Authority to keep the boat on course. This is a great training moment for them as well.

The older lady who helped me with my order had a nasty attitude. While making my burrito she was being rude and I felt un-welcomed. Then while I sat to eat my food, she was yelling at her employees. She also gave me the smallest amount of chips I’ve ever been given at a moes establishment.
