Had a great experience! Earl was the best at helping me figure out all the flavors and options for my event. To top it all off the cake was absolutely delicious 🤤 bursting with flavor and very moist. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Great experience getting a last minute cake for my brother’s birthday. The attendant, Laurilai, was so helpful and attentive.

Quick service, and it smells amazing in the store!

I love nothing Bundt cakes. I go to multiple locations. I own the lunchbox, that gives you a special for every visit. All of the other locations the special is buy 3 get 1 free. The Concord location was the only one that you had to buy 4 get one free. I went about 3 weeks ago and was told that the special changed to buy 3 get 1 free. I was excited. I then visited 2 weeks later and was told that they did not honor the lunchbox anymore. I asked to speak to someone else. The first employee told me the manager told them to tell everyone that and if they got pushback to go ahead and honor the lunchbox. Shady customer service. When the second employee came out they said I could do the buy 3 get 1 free or the buy 4 get 1 free whichever one I wanted. The cakes are always delicious when I come to this store and it is close to my house. However I wish the manager valued loyalty and delivered better customer service.

I went in here today to pick up an order and I will never step back in this business ever again in my life! The girl in the front with the ponytail looked at me like I was crazy she could have at least greeted me! She looked like she was bothered by me when I was only there to pick an order up! If u don’t want to work u need to moved out the way! You all need to hired more people with smiling faces and not someone who is going to stare somebody down like they are causing them harm! I will drive to the Steele creek location cause at least the service is better!
