O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

We came to O’Charley’s hoping to have a good meal it had been a very long time since we had been back to O’Charley’s. The food was great the service was phenomenal, our server Elizabeth was the best. She was knowledgeable, attentive and provided 100% excellent customer service. We need more people like Ms.Elizabeth, giving their best and loving what they do!! 5 star service!! Thank you! We will be back!

I ordered the fish dinner on door dash. I’ll post what was advertised vs. what I got. I didn’t even get my tartar sauce and EVERYTHING was unseasoned. Worst experience ever. Not worth $28 at all!!!!

Just when I had given up on eating out and good service this place was pleasantly surprising. This location was very clean upon walking in. The hostess was friendly. Our Server Dustin gave us excellent service and the Manager came over to our table to check on everything!!! This was a great experience. It's been awhile since I've had a complete experience where everything was amazing. Keep up the Great Customer Service Guys. I forgot they had (free pie day)😁

I ordered the chicken harvest soup and a house salad. First of all the soup was a banger. I want another bowl but I got salad as well. Now the salad was too cold. Like it just came out the icebox. And iceberg lettuce just is a turn off in any salad. It has no value to it. At least they could have mixed it with some romaine or even spring mix. I would have taken a picture of the soup but it was so good that it disappeared. Overall not bad but not super great either. Scale of 1- 10, I’ll give it a 6.5. I’d return but not totally for the salad.

I ended up going back a second time, and it was absolutely phenomenal. Our waitress elizabeth was awesome and made our dinner a lot of fun. Ended up getting the garlic steak, pasta, medium rare, and it was cooked perfectly.

Hi I my name is Bryan Smith I just went to ocharleys on 10/19/24 with a party of 4 my server name was Lanie I ordered the 12 ribeye medium with baked potato and broccoli and my wife had the seafood platter with broccoli and coleslaw, my kids had the chicken tenders with fries and the chicken pasta the food was hot and cooked to perfection, the food was delivered by the manager his name i think was van also I was impressed how van touched every table in the restaurant with a big and happy smile to check on them to see if everything was alright.i will be back at this location because the employees and the manager here are very friendly.
