We went for brunch since they just brought it back as part of their menu. We had previously loved their brunch options prior to them discontinuing it. Unfortunately, the new brunch menu is much more limited in options than the previous brunch menu. In addition, the quality of the food was not up to previous quality standards. In addition, the time it took to receive our food after ordering was excessive. I'm sure some of it was due to this being the first weekend of the brunch menu coming back in addition to staffing shortages everywhere, but still a consideration for whether or not we will return.

The food was absolutely delicious!!!! But more than that, we had a party of 17 or 18. And our one waitress, Rae, was absolutely unbelievable! She pinpointed every single dish with every single person and who was on whose Bill absolutely Perfectly!! I have never seen anything like it! I hope that she gets her accolades for this because she was phenomenal! She never seemed out of breath or hurried or anything like that! She was totally awesome
My family has ordered from here every Monday since 9/2023, every Monday. There have been issues multiple times. I have brought my concerns to the store and higher ups. The food, completion of order, CORRECT order and service have been lacking HEAVILY, the last three months. I have not ordered in the past 3 weeks due to the lack of care to fix the issues. I have requested to speak with someone in the hire ups, the local level is part of the problem, and have NEVER received a phone call back. I do not want to deal with the store level after being told, with the parking lot EMPTY on the pick up side and waiting 25 minutes PAST my pick up time, "Well, we have 30 other orders". Not being ugly but, RUDE. So does that mean my order and pickup time means nothing? Cold food, no eating utensils, incorrect food, chicken tenders that are only 20% chicken, extremely skinny and the rest breading, missing food, incorrect drinks, condiments, brown lettuce,have to call in after waiting 10-20 minutes past my pick up times, etc. I was told one time, I could not get potato skins because the truck had not come in but they had baked potatoes... then they gave me "fresh ones made from our baked potatoes". I have reached out to them for over a month and can not get a response except on the local level, which I have already tried. I have requested my money back on the last order but no response. Seeing this is the only store front in our area at all, shame on them for being so thoughtless and non-caring to do a better job.

Waited about 10 mins at the hostess stand to be seated at 740pm on a Sunday night. They close at 9. Two employees were just hanging out looking at us. No one around. How about get staffed up.

Had their Valentine's Day special tonight and boy what a fabulous meal! The Louisiana Sirloin was HUGE and the steamed broccoli was cooked the best we've ever eaten! Our waiter Hunter was so helpful, happy and friendly.....it's been a while since we've had a server who I felt cared about his service and the 30% tip we gave him told him how much it was appreciated. The manager greeted us as we entered and exited.....a great experience all around! We will definitely be back...over and over again.

Not sure what's going on, or why I just spent the amount I did for a side salad only to not be able to eat any of it. As a former serve safe certified restaurant worker how is this remotely acceptable and goes unnoticed?
