Outback Steakhouse

We had a very poor experience. We were seated by the door, where there was a constant draft. Our orders were taken late and served even later. The Caesar salad was extremely disappointing. On top of everything, the restaurant was having electrical issues—the lights above our table went out, and we ended up eating in the dark.

The only reason this place is good is because of the wonderful bartender Jasmine. I have never had better service before and laughs all throughout my dining experience. If you ever need great service with a laugh ask for Jasmine!

Service was excellent. Food arrived quickly and accurately. Steak was a little chewy but tasted good. Ribs were excellent; falling apart tender and had plenty of sauce!
Note: slightly hard to find if using GPS - it is closer to the mall than ours thought!

Horrible experience. I came here today to grab something to eat before I start my Christmas shopping and what a horrible experience. I just wanted something light and that was potato soup. Some broccoli and some french fries the potato soup came out. I can’t even say it was hot. I can’t even say it was cold. I don’t even know it wasn’t warm if it was just there I waited 20 minutes for some french fries that came out looking like there was 20 years . I never got the broccoli. I was just like I’ve been here for 30 minutes and I ordered the three little things and it took all this time. I just ate the soup paid for it and left and the rest of our only had about 10 people in there so I don’t know what was the hold up?

We had an outstanding waiter named Russ. He helped us with our orders that made our dining experience so enjoyable. We had some dietary restricts and he was great helping us with are needs. He would be an asset to any company. Our food was delicious. The reason I didnt give the food a five star because the shrimp dinner for one of the guest complained that it was overly salted and she normally loves her food well seasoned and salted so someone in the kitchen must have salted it a little too much. The burgers, ribeye steak and salmon were cooked and served with perfection. Russ was the perfect server and we just want to thank him again!!!!

Outback will ALWAYS get 5 stars from me. The staff is always so kind, engaging and helpful. We ordered for my mom’s birthday and order was hot, the service was quick and we received our order with no problem. Also if you haven’t had the cheddar on the Outback burger…GET IT! It’s SO good.

Our party of five plus an infant stopped here after a long day at the Renaissance Faire and got on the waitlist around 6:30pm. We were seated a little after 7 and ordered right away. Unfortunately, that’s where things went downhill.
We waited…and waited. Our appetizers came out and were eaten, but no entrées ever appeared. By 8:30, our waitress checked in and admitted she wasn’t sure what had happened. It became clear the food had never been put into the system — something confirmed later when the receipt showed the order time as after 8:30. The infant in our group was getting fussy, especially since they hadn’t brought out her simple mac and cheese with the appetizers.
The baby’s mom politely complained, and it was obvious there was some behind-the-scenes scrambling. The manager did comp our meals, which we appreciated, but after an even longer wait our food was finally bagged up — all stuffed into one bag despite us having three separate checks. We left at 9:30pm, three hours after arriving. Oddly enough, the separate to-go order I placed for my mom came out promptly, but I still didn’t have my own meal until the very end.
I want to be clear: the staff was incredibly sweet, and they genuinely tried to make things right once the mistake was caught. But the experience was still rough, especially with an infant in tow. For fellow Faire-goers, just be aware that the wait can be long and this might not be the best stop if you have little ones under two.
