This was my my second visit to this location. The first time was aiight, not great, but not too bad either. This time, however, was very disappointing! I ordered a broccoli beef bowl, and skimpy does not begin to describe what I received. On top of the mound of rice, there were 6 pieces of broccoli and 8 pieces of meat (4 of which were really small). The taste of the food was merely okay. The rice was a smidge under cooked. The rice, which was freshly cooked, was nice and warm when I got home (a 7 minute drive), but the broccoli beef was decidedly cool. All in all, I will not be in a rush to go there again.

According to another costumer, the rice was cool once served. I assumed I had the same issue before I had paid for my food. The manager Zi had, very kindly, offered to personally look over the cooking and box a new dish herself for the costumer before me and for me. The hospitality was fantastic! I also received $15 card for future use. I appreciate the respect and kindness of the workers.

Disappointed once again with this Panda Express. They say they open at 10am so it doesn't make sense that when I pull up at 10:03, the lady on the speaker said they don't have any food ready. If you open at 10am, shouldn't people be there a little early to prepare the food so when you open, the food is ready for the customers? It just doesn't make sense. So unprepared and unprofessional.

On 9/08 went and a got a plate or whatever Service was great , got orange chicken and teriyaki chicken, food smelt really funny liked boiled vienna sausages , i decided to not eat the teriyaki chicken cause that’s where the smell was coming from , didn’t matter contaminated my whole plate and gave me food poisoning… Never again will i eat from any panda express

I had the super greens, white rice, and chow mein and everything was delicious. The apple pie roll was hot & fresh. I picked up my mobile order from a friendly employee in the drive thru and the entire process took no more than five mins.

I love Panda Express more than any other fast food but after tonight customer service changed my mind. Don’t get me wrong the food is amazing but don’t go in anywhere close to closing (2 hours) because for some reason they decide they weren’t cooking rice or chicken anymore. I came in at 8 when they closed at 10 tonight and they had no fried rice, steamed, orange chicken or teriyaki chicken and weren’t cooking anymore. At that point if they aren’t cooking just close early that would’ve been better for the 10+ customers waiting for food.
